As expected for the provided service for our range.

I wasn't there for the install. We had my mother there and she is a difficult woman to please. She said the guys didn't just shove it in, and risk damaging the counters or stove. We haven't had any issues and it fits like a glove.

Corey, was great he made it simple fast and was relevant with his info. These guys deserve a raise they took there time getting it in and damage nothing.. They are competent individuals whom expresses concern over the consumer.

Great looking stove, controls are easy to use. Ceramic top looks great and cleans easily. Baked some cookies that called for 10 minute baking time but had to leave them in about 2 more minutes - guess we have to get used to stove.

The delivery guys were right on time! Took my old range out, and brought the new one in, attached the new plug and put it into place. Showed me the features, cleaned up their mess and were on their way!! Great job Best Buy!!

Rquired for install. Guys were transparent about the dent/ding in the appliance and gave me my options. I wasn't impressed with the customer service received when I called in to report the ding and advise them I would be keeping the appliance and would opt for a partial credit to my account due to the damage. I only received $75 credit back. It was a minor ding but honestly they could have offered me more of a credit than this.

Just got a brand new electric range and it was put in place very quickly and efficiently. Looks great and I couldn't be happier. Love Best Buy and their delivery/install team. They are true professionals! You won't be disappointed.

On point. Took their time making sure everything was leveled properly ( pocket sized level ). Asked if i had any questions regarding the product. BestBuy is the ONLY company that sends installation service with a team who knows about the product. Please dont change! Other companies say " install" however its a 3rd or 4th party that barly qualify to deliver your product and rush off to the next job because they get paid for their stops.

Excellent installation, took the time to make sure the installation was done right and cautious bringing them in the house.

They were not the most professional fellas, but did a good job. I appreciated them not plugging in my oven since there was a problem with my electrical outlet. That was wise on their part.

Service men who delivered and installed my KitchenAid freestanding double oven range were vey efficient and professional. Very pleased with Best Buy.

Installers arrived just a few minutes ahead of schedule. Not very talkative folks. Assembled my new range on their truck before wheeling it into the kitchen and "installing" it. They ran a quick test on the unit to ensure functionality before leaving. Later that same day, it was determined that the range couldn't even boil a pot of water and was throwing up an error code. Before contacting Geek Squad again, we noticed that the range cord was incorrectly installed on the device (they could have read the instruction manual if they were unsure). Also, they failed to install the anti-tip bracket which was inexplicably left on the counter top along with the user manuals. After the power cord was installed correctly, the errors cleared and the unit operates fine as it should. A review on the install was completed, a district manager contacted me, and scheduled them back out to the house to install the anti-tip bracket, which they did to my satisfaction. So, the original installation team did a very poor job of installing this range and fully testing it, but the service manager did a fantastic job of remedying the situation, hence the 2 stars.
