Item was received with a small dent. Certainly not the manufacture's fault. When I tried to register product, my serial number kept being rejected. I emailed Electrolux and I got what I thought was a poor response. They never addressed my registering problem, and for the dent, they told me to find a n Electrolux dealer. Now, less than a month later, microwave turns itself on by itself. I hit cancel dozens of times, and unplugged it thinking computer function would reboot. It's not the owner, it's the microwave. Buyer beware.
