We like the appearance and ease of use. It was fairly easy to figure out operations. Like the extra warming burner. The oven cooks evenly. We like the ability to customize burners to the size of the pan. The smooth top is easy to wipe clean. We like the self cleaning oven. The delivery men were prompt and courteous. They bolted it securely so it can't tip over which is a nice safety feature.

I was originally looking to buy a slide-in range. I didn't have my mind set on any particular brand but the Electrolux model ranked high on my list of contenders. After almost a year of scouring & searching both BB and numerous other online resources, I finally came across this free standing range @BB store near me. It was a display model that had been marked down, that coupled w/ purchase promo at the time & free delivery was a no brainer. So although it wasn't the slide-in I wanted, it was well worth the trade off for a deal like this. BB has always done right by me & customer service was great. As for the performance of the range itself, I have no complaints thus far, it works fine & has many features. Only thing I noticed was a strong odor when I used the oven for the first time that has since disappeared. I didn't know if that was normal for a new unit but it now operates normally & helps cook meals quickly w/ it's expandable heating elements & settings.

I have had this stove for about 2 months, replacing a 20 year old smooth top range. I thought this was a lot of bang for the buck with some features of much more $$$ stoves. I researched quite a bit and found the price very good @ Best Buy, since according to the salesman, the BTU rating is low for today's standards(how fast DO you need water to boil?), so the stove had been marked down for 'clearance'. It is smart looking and performs as expected. One minor mishap that one night it beeped with an error message while I was in the middle of cooking dinner and the only remedy I could find with some internet searching was to throw the circuit off and back on. It hasn't happened again. I use the stove 2-3 times a day as I cook and bake almost daily.

I am extremely happy with this range. The quality exceeds my expectations and it looks sleek and modern. The burners heat things up quickly and evenly. Controls are pretty easy but you do want to read the manual. Overall I am very happy. The only downside is when the oven is heating up it is a little noisy.

What a great range! Bakes quickly and evenly. Oven interior is great for large items. Burners heat very quickly. So easy to clean. Excellent choice!

This stove is a dream compared to my old stove. Love being able to select the size of the burner. The warmer burner just takes up space, but the oven is a dream and the rest of the stove top works great.

This is the best range i have ever own. The range temp setting allow you to have the temp control of a gas range. The oven Preheats fast and cooks evenly.

If there was a negative rating for this range, I would give it one. I purchased this range based on the few good ratings I was able to find, but was immediately disappointed. The FIRST range arrived with a fairly sizable scratch but I was willing to overlook that as long as it performed. I am a professional baker and do catering and farm markets, so performance is critical to me. It was clear by the end of the first week that this oven had major temp issues. Yes, all ovens cycle their temps up and down during baking, however there should not be a 50 DEGREE difference when putting the second tray in the oven 10 seconds later. Range #1 was returned. Range #2 arrived with major temp issues - incorrectly calibrated by more than 25 degrees. Not happy, but adjusted that and went on. After 3 days of heavy baking, the oven began randomly shutting off during convection baking. Several times over the course of a few hours. It wasn't on for a long period of time when it started doing this either. Range #2 is going back next week and another brand will be replacing it. Turns out that in reviews from a consumer report bureau, this range DID NOT get such glowing reports, citing issues with the thermostat, etc. There are MANY other ranges out there that are a better value - stay away from this one.
