I bought this for my elderly Dad and it was so easy to set up. We called 911 to test it as suggested, For my picky Dad he actually accepted it and uses it. It's a great piece of mind for our family. I'm actually going to get one for myself. Thank you.

Purchased this for my Grandmother when she is out & about. It’s good to know that she can quickly & easily press the button and get in contact with 911.

This item would not work if you made a 911 call and then passed out as with heart attack or stroke because there is no way for EMS to get a location for you. I sent it back.

I bought this product for my mother, who is too stubborn to move out of her house. She can wear it and call 911 if she falls or needs medical assistance without being close to a phone.

Love the product! Bought it in store in Fl. and immediately tested it. Was able to speak to 911 after pushing the button and sound was clear. Love the product as a back up to my cell phone which I forget to charge. Simple and easy to use.

the 911 Help Now pendent is a fantastic Product! I bought it for my mother over a year ago and she couldn't be happier with it. Purchased the unit for my grandfather. He was able to get 911 the day he fell and could not move. Without this device i doubt he would be with me today. Added plus was how simple it was to use. I didn't need to explain a new piece of technology to him. I simply showed him the button and told him to push it.

Love the product! Give us peace of mind too know our parents can have this if they fall and can't get too their phone. Also, do not have a monthly fee!

I bought two and neither one worked. I live in the middle of Orlando and it did not go to 911. I called the manufacturer and was told, "it happens." IT HAPPENS??? Wow, how much confidence does that give you. He also said it only uses 2G (ancient) technology. If you buy one TEST IMMEDIATELY.
