Works great good air flow. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who uses a laptop for a long period of time

Bought it for my grandson he seems to enjoy quite a bit he just don't like to carry a run when he moves from place to place

Honestly it dose what it’s ment to do but I personally think it should be more quiet and take out the bulky ness its better to be slim quiet and powerful I do love the two usb touch you have a slot you can be able to use but overall not bad but not the best.

It is a great product.Only one little improvement would be about the product that they should lower how much energy the product uses.Otherwise it is perfect

Strong but so noisy while working. It’s disturbing.

Not really cooling my laptop as expected. Temperatures are basically the same as before I started using the cooling pad.

These fans work great for the price. I use it with my Acer Helios 300 gaming laptop and definitely recommend it.

Have been using this on and off. Still not sure of this actually lowers the temps or not. Only time I saw this lowering any temp was when ambient temp was 1-2C higher.

For being a gaming cooling pad, I expected the fans to run faster to push more air through. Also the USB cord has a short in it, so when I place the laptop on top (like you're supposed to) the fans slow and the lights dim.

good product for the price. the incline on it is a bit excessive. fan has multiply settings and are not loud unless you turn it to highest setting.

The extra port stopped working a few weeks after purchased
