I like this product very much and exact fit for my laptop.

It's quiet, but not very powerful. And the grate your laptop sits on collects heat. It does make a difference, but not enough to justify the cost.

I use this daily for hours at a time and found it to be both noisy and also the power connection is very poor. USB cable that comes with it has to constantly be adjusted to make a proper connection to power fans/lights. I bought a 2nd one as a replacement when power connector failed, then found out my first one was still under warranty.. but the warranty terms "changed" and they wanted me to pay for shipping both ways.. which of course would have cost more almost as much as just buying a replacement. While it works as advertised, the workmanship is poor and if you use it truly as a "lap" cooler don't be disappointed if it fails sooner than expected as my "new" cooler is already giving me problems only a month 1/2 after buying. I will never purchase from this company again..

I bought this to cool down my ASUS ROG laptop. It works ok, but it is not great.

I won't be opening this and checking it out since it's a Christmas gift but I was thrilled to get a gamer's cooling pad for the price.

It was working just fine for a few days, & now it is not working at all.

You would think for the price tag that they would include a good cord. My cord got a short in within 2 days but I didn't notice because you can't actually see the light that confirms that it is on and running when the lap top is sitting upon the tray. I found out that it wasn't working when my laptop overheated and shut down. I was astounded because this is exactly what the fan was supposed to prevent. I am deeply disappointed. I like the color and the ability to angle the tray but all of that is worthless because the power cord is useless.

It does the job. Cooled my temps down on average between 3-5 degrees. Good price. The blue lights are awesome too.

Bought for my daughter to use to help cool laptop, seems to be o.k. but don't notice much for helping to keep cool.

The USB ports to the fan base are not good. They are very finicky and cannot get full power from the fans. Very disappointing.

With the 5 fans it has you would think that it would keep the laptop cool but no my laptop was still getting hot plus it hurts when you want to put it on your lap

I bought this for my gaming laptop and not even a year later the large fan started making noise, and one of the little fans broke in half. It literally just sits on my desk, it has never been dropped or abused! Cheap junk, don't waste your money.

I was told this would work well with a game console but it didn't. I returned it.

I had high expectations from this product and it did fulfill it at first, but I’ve had it for a few weeks and it doesn’t work any more. Very regrettable.

Upon taking it out of the box and plugging it in, it made a loud rattling noise. The middle piece was loose/broken. I returned it.

My old and new laptops fail to maintain tempt. I have 2 of these, 1 for each. They run [the fans that is] 24/7 now for about a year. They keep my core to about 40-50C, where they would drift to 70C+ without the fans. They are still quite, such that I have to lift the laptop every once a month or so to see if they are actually running. I have a rechargeable battery USB backup for my cellphone I power 1 with when I am outside, usually at the park bench. The fan draws so little current I can run without recharging for a week. 5 fans, backlit so you can see them run, speed control USB powered. I wouldn't recommend any other fan, in light of 24/7 operation for a year without a hitch.

I wish I could return this, since it worked fine the first two months I had it, and then the fans stopped moving and the lights dimmed. I am assuming there’s something wrong with the USB port, since I opened it up and nothing was wrong with the fans or the circuitry.
