Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very disappointed, this cooling pad was in a box that looked like it had been collecting dust for years, its usb ports were lose right out of the box, the fans did nothing for my laptop, not even one degree cooler. I have an Asus rog scar II no help to it at all, very unhappy. Would never recommend to anyone.
