Works, But...

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I use this daily for hours at a time and found it to be both noisy and also the power connection is very poor. USB cable that comes with it has to constantly be adjusted to make a proper connection to power fans/lights. I bought a 2nd one as a replacement when power connector failed, then found out my first one was still under warranty.. but the warranty terms "changed" and they wanted me to pay for shipping both ways.. which of course would have cost more almost as much as just buying a replacement. While it works as advertised, the workmanship is poor and if you use it truly as a "lap" cooler don't be disappointed if it fails sooner than expected as my "new" cooler is already giving me problems only a month 1/2 after buying. I will never purchase from this company again..
