I use this computer for my home office, I own a small business. My old dell just cramped out on me one day and it is a necessity to my paperwork. Love the compact size and all the functions work great right out of the box. Fulfills every thing I need.

Nice computer, the USB, Chip reader & other slots location facing to the back on top of computer required some getting used to. Not knowing this only comes with HD monitor connection was a bit of surprise as I wound up getting new monitor for a good match up. Over all good setup.

Computer Tower is great. The salesperson was not so great, but the Geek Squad was wonderful, very helpful, explaining everything regarding transfer of documents etc. The geeks know what they are doing and very professional!

This is a great computer that would cover all your basic and advanced needs. The video processing, the hard drives and the capabilities that this computer posses, makes it a great buy. Highly recommended,

After my six year old desktop died I looked for a replacement. I found this one on sale and the specs were what I had in mind. Once I got it home and up and running I have no complaints whatsoever.

I was assisted with in 5 min. and stated what I was looking for and showed me how it works ,answered all my questions and how it was so compatible with the printer I purchased a month earlier.

What can I say? This computer is working well and, other than the normal issues like preloaded virus software that expires after 30 days and continually pops up asking if I want to buy an extension, all is well.

HP Intel Computer (Quad Core I5-6400/12G) and HP 27 inch Monitor was an excellent buy. The ease of operation of both items is great!!! The clarity and sound of the monitor is great!!

This was replacing a 5 to 6 year old HP tower. HP hasn't disappointed me yet, so I went with another. This one is doing just nicely. I like how it was able to just do the plug and play double screens. :)

I have had my HP - ENVY Desktop for two years and have never had a problem with it. It boots up quick, USB 3.0 transfer of pictures/videos is fast.

This computer is the best one I have use in a long time and has everything anyone could want

I am happy with this purchase. The salesperson was very helpful in assisting me with selection. I did purchase extra support and found that the staff are very helpful.

I like everything about it except two things. #1, it has Windows 10, and #2, the location of the delete key has changed. Why did HP do that???

He desktop works well, but it is constantly out of memory, & I have to move files around in order to update the software. I would get something with more disk space.

I have no problems in using the PC. finding the icons in the beginning was a problem but once you found them.Why is there not a instruction book to help you find the icons.

I am happy with this computer, no complaints here. I use it for your basic tasks. It may be overkill for me but it was an open box so I bought it

I searched for the perfect computer set up to build on a budget. This computer was everything I expected and I have had zero issues with it.

It essentially just required plugging in. I wish it came with a little more basic instructions to get it set up. I really like the wireless mouse and keyboard.

I have had an HP computer for years, and am really sold on them. This newest one is a really nice computer, and I'm very happy with it.

The system seems to get stuck in hibernate mode and is difficult ro revive. I have had to turn off the sstem several times and restart it to get it to work for my wife. She is not the patient kind and I don't appreciate having to be constantly called to respond to lost printer, system won't come back on. etc. While I generally like HP products, I am disappointed with this one.
