Due to a unforeseen event, I had to purchase a new computer. I went to ??? and bought the best deal computer without breaking the bank. When I returned home to try it out, I was very surprised. I thought with today's outrageous prices, I thought I was buying junk, but the PC I bought was fast, easy to setup and I have yet have a problem. I am 100% satisfied.

It looks as though this PC is giving me the oomph I was expecting. I especially like the 128gb solid-state C: drive -- I just wish it was bigger to hold all my music and photos. For some reason, I also enjoy the fact that it is very nice looking, although it's hidden under my desk where even I don't see it much. Would have given it a four-and-a-half overall rating if it were available.

The system was easy to setup. It boots fast and runs fast with lots of storage.

This HP is the fastest of any manufacturer I have ever owned. The SSD makes the loading at start-up and of any other programs almost at the blink of an eye. So far I am impressed. The only issue I had when first setting up the tower was the audio would not work correctly. Eventually it was corrected after 3 days of checking with HP support.

The computer itself is not very cheap, but you are buying a very powerful yet quiet device. This computer does heavy-eating processing tasks with ease.

I upgraded from Win 7 to Win 10. This system was easy to set up and is very fast. We were able to partition the drive and set up all of my business apps no problem. I have stayed away from HP for 10 years. Glad to see this one may not disappoint me.

I didn't see a better deal out there. This came with a SSD + a 1T HD and 12G of RAM. I am using my computer within 30sec after booting. For the $550 price, it didn't come with a monitor so I also picked up a great 24" monitor for $150. I have been using this set up now for 2 months and am very happy with it.

Easy to set up right out of the box. Used it to replace a 7 year old Gateway that was becoming unstable. Unbelievably quick boot up time (seconds as opposed to minutes). SSD boot drive is worth the price alone. Only downside is Windows 10. Not HP's fault. Absolutely great for an upgrade desktop!

This desktop computer runs very well and I am happy with it. Any complaints are not with the computer, but with certain Windows 10 issues. The only complaint with the unit itself is the vertical placement of the CD/DVD drive. I would have preferred a horizontal placement.

HP has always been known for making great computers and this one is no exception. Fast, reliable, and enough memory and power for any task. Easy set up and I love the features of Windows 10. I have had no problems with this Envy computer. HP did it again! Fantastic computer!

Easy to set up system speed compared to my old unit is great. Storage and speed is more than I'll need but good to have it. Like the wireless operation via the USB for the computer an key board,mouse. Key board could have a adjustable tilt. Happy so far works great!

Been needing a new computer and decided it was time to go back to a desk top since I am doing a lot of work from home. Good speed. Needed to get use to using a d drive. Seems the c drive is for the operating system. Couldn't hold all my photos from my old computer..

Finally replaced an 10 year old HP desktop! I was so tired of long startups in the morning! This hybrid SSD drive gets the machine up and ready in less than 2 minutes from start! I'm not tech savvy, so understanding how to save my data to the SATA drive had me worried. With advice from the Best Buy clerk, it was a snap!!! I am so happy with this machine and HP Computers in general. Only a couple of small complaints: 1) The keyboard is a lot smaller than my old one. It takes a little while to get used to it, or I may replace it with my old wireless keyboard. 2) There are no speakers with this computer. Had to go purchase a set to plug in. There is a headphone jack, but I prefer the speakers.

I've been using an apple laptop for a while now. I was hesitant to use a PC because of windows 10. Windows 10 is okay but the tower is awesome. I've had ZERO issues. It has great storage and is fast, at least fast enough for me. Great buy, Awesome tower!

This is an excellent computer for the price. It is very fast, and has everything I wanted in a computer. I love the look of it too, but it is quite large.

Second computer from Best Buy. Another home run. I can't believe how fast this thing is. I absolutely love it. Solid state drive is the only way to go. Best buy has been absolutely awesome. They take customer satisfaction to a whole new level.

My new computer is not only easy to use but very fast. Windows 10 is a bit more complicated than Windows 7, but I am getting the hang of it. This tower holds so much more information than the last one. I am really satisfied and happy with it.

Seems to be running fine now first time try to load CD wouldn't work had to take it back get it fixed optical drive to flimsy it's an i5 12 gigs 128 SS drive and a 1 terabyte hard drive Phil can't complain about the components pretty fast we'll see in the long run

I like almost everything about this desktop. It's fast, quiet and does everything I need. My only negative is the vertically mounted DVD drive. Works good, but seems flimsy. I'm always careful to support the backside of DVD holder when inserting or removing the DVD.

In contrast to some of the negative reviews, I had no problem connecting and getting it running in a few minutes. It is quieter than previous desktop computers by a long shot. It comes with wireless keyboard and mouse, both of which I like and that work well. By default it puts your documents and pictures on the solid state drive - filling it rapidly if you have a lot of files. You need to change the options to put those items on the hard disk. I assume they are trying to encourage people to use and pay for "cloud" storage. The USB slots on top of the computer are not that convenient but it is not a big deal. The DVD drive is hidden behind the long vertical door in the front. There are two HDMI ports for monitors. All-in-all I am pleased with it and recently bought a second identical computer to replace a crashed 6-yr old machine.
