Having not purchased a new computer since 2007 that runs on Vista, Windows 10, i5 processor, and the additional memory gives a totally new experience in speed and storage capacity. Lots of room for files of all types. We use it fo Netflix, online entertainment channels, as well as reviewing bills and shopping together, by using the HDMI output to our Samsung flat screen. Perfect for just about anything you need a home computer to do, other than gaming. Very satisfied!

Good size disk, large memory, Windows 10 installed, quiet. The CD ROM player is badly positioned, but the look is clean and crisp.

When the computer is working, it is very fast and responsive. However, I'm having issues powering it on when plugged into my battery backup. I have to plug the computer into a wall plug, But even when I do this, after powering down the computer, it often won't power on again. I've performed extensive troubleshooting on my own and with HP support. It looks like I'll have to return the computer to the HP repair facility to have it repaired. Quite unfortunate since I use the computer in my business.

This is a great computer at a great price. I love that it has a solid state drive as well as 1T hard drive.

Got this for my mom, her computer was a dinosaur. It is a great computer, probably more than she needs, but it was such a good deal I couldn't resist. She was used to Win7, but I'm helping her figure out Win10. She's a technophobe, but so far so good. Was simple to get started, and didn't come with a bunch of bloatware. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

The Intel processor is very fast. A huge improvement over my previous HP computer.

This HP computer boots up faster than any I have ever seen. So far it seems stable and has had no problems. I like that it comes with a wireless mouse and keyboard, however the keyboard is not as responsive or ergonomic as I'd prefer. Not a deal breaker and the response does seem to be getting better as it gets used. Not sure if keyboards have a break in time but that may be the case.
