My new computer is very fast, in all respects which I am not used to. I am also warming up to windows 10, I loved XP but I think I'll like 10 even more.

I love HP products. The only problem with this one is that I think they needed to put the USB port in an easier place to plug a USB in. Also, if you only purchased the tower and not the monitor, the cable is different than the older ones and my monitor is only a year or two old. On a positive note this tower comes with the Windows 10 anniversary addition and is much nicer than the original Windows 10.

I love my new HP Envy desktop computer.. I was using an old dinosaur compaq presario.. It is easy to navigate and was quite simple to set up and start using immediately.. I saved alot of money and they even price matched me because it went on sale in their ad 4 days later.. They credited my Best Buy charge card in a timely manner for $100.. Very nice.. Thank You..

The HP Envy desktop is a really good basic home pc. It does all the basic tasks like email, internet surfing, and movies really well. The case is pretty modestly sized, so it can fit in a variety of place. My one knock on this PC is that the dvd drive is hidden behind the flip cover on the front. The case looks sleek with the port closed, but every time I want to play a dvd I have to flip it open.

This computer is fast, easy to use and is far superior to the computer I replaced.

This replaced a 6 yr old HP that quit. I didn't think the SSD (solid state drive) would make that much difference, but it boots up in an instant. There are enough usb ports and the case looks nice. The only thing I am slightly concerned about is the cd/dvd drive which is vertical and rather flimsy feeling to me, but it works fine. After doing the updates, I was up and running in no time.

Nice looking tower and the speed is exceptional, I am in the middle of recording plastic to hard drive and making CD's to enjoy all of my 33 inch old albums, it's been so long since I played them, R & B is still at this point the only real music that's left for us baby boomers. Real Music that's played by real musicians sheet music.

I like the speed and ez of operation. best buy is great to deal with.

Nice PC; Very fast and sleek design, although I wish it had a CD slot

I use this pc for work from home and for everyday uses. It easily handles what I use it for. We also enjoy it for viewing videos and pictures and I’m amazed at how effortlessly it serves in that capacity. I was however disappointed when the cpu fan started to give us trouble. Other than that, it’s an awesome and powerful pc.

This PC was easy to set up and run's great. One annoying problem, the fan's are very noisy ! I did contact HP and did all of their recommended fixes but nothing worked? Geek squad said bring it in and they would look at it but I was told it must be left for several days to change out a fan??? I'm not very happy with costumer service on either end !!!
