Horrible Computer....wish I never bought it

I bought an HP Envy 360 2-in-1 a few months ago, and it has been a horrible experience so far. Back in May when I got it, on the very first night I tried to watch a YouTube video and the whole screen blacked out. So I brought it back assuming it was just a defective model...and BestBuy being the awesome company they are gave me a new one. The new one seemed okay for a bit, but then after a few weeks, it went sour. Not only was the computer incapable of playing videos without blacking out the screen, but the face ID never worked, and it was constantly slow and had trouble doing simple tasks like opening documents. Whenever I try to open something, the fan goes CRAZY like the computer can't handle it and takes minutes to open. Also...it's only been a few months of owning this laptop, but the battery life has stopped working altogether. I fully charge the computer, turn it off, and then the next time I try to turn it on, it is completely dead. I have to keep it on a cord most of the time. The battery only lasts for like an hour. I'm not usually someone to complain about things I buy, but this was one of the worst choices I could have made, and there weren't really any reviews of it when I looked to buy it, so I felt like I had to warn people. Don't buy this computer. It certainly looks sleek and nice, but the machine is not capable of doing its job...and you'll notice it from the moment you take it home.

    Suitable for Teen

I read the one reviewer who gave it a 1 star and wanted to at least write a review to bring up the average rating as I don't feel the same way. We bought this computer for our teenager who needed a laptop to do homework. We agonized over the many choices and price points and wanted something that would last for at least 2 years, be stable enough and powerful enough that she could do her work comfortably. We also chose not to buy a computer with a really small screen nor for something where we'd need to start buying a keyboard and other accessories. When we put our criteria through the best buy wizard, this was a high contender to suit our needs. Things we like: - looks slick - it's a fast machine for what needs to be done - good screen size - sharp images and pixels - serves the purpose for homework and some games - nice touch screen and easy to use What we don't love: - it's heavy so shouldn't be purchased if you move around a lot with it - the keyboard / mouse is a bit off center because of the size of the keyboard. It took a bit of getting used to as my fingers naturally wanted move to the center of the keyboard but had to keep them more right to type properly. Once you get used to that, it's less frustrating. It all depends what you are looking for and the price point you're willing to pay. This perfectly suits the purpose for what we are looking for. If I had to pick another laptop, I'd probably go with something a little lighter in weight.

Terrible experience , the 1 year warranty that comes with the provider does not cover the screen ,and it is very fragile , had crack and they wanted me to pay 600$ to fix it ?!?!! I bought it for 750$ ... the worst thing is after 1 year and 1 month the processor has gone bad for no reason ,i was just browsing on internet “normal use” turn it off never turn back on again ,now this laptop is good for garbage only , bad investment , I’m done with this brand .
