Ive only had the printer for maybe less than a month, cannot give a rating at this time but I would think it would be convenient to get at the house instead of going out because sometimes you run out of ink in the middle of a project.

I don’t have very much with this printer, but it’s working great. I had a hard time setting it up to my computer, but geek squad was able to assist me fast.

This is an easy way to stay on top of your printer needs.

I need to continually restart this printer in order to get it to print after it or the computer sleeps. I often have to restart my computer to get it to work. I've tried resetting sleep settings for the machine, but it does the same thing. I don't print that much andit's too late to return it, so I'm stuck with this annoying hunk of trash.

I love this idea of not having to worry about running our of ink. I am writing this review based on the concept that it will work as it's intended but have not had to find out yet so will have to wait to find out--hopefully my giving it 5 stars will be correct.

I joined this service when I purchased my new Epson printer. The fact that there is a !0% discount and free shipping were the deciding factors. So far I have received 2 ink cartridges via this program (1 was a day late). I am currently debating whether to remain in this program. Best Buy sends you an email when a cartridge has been automatically ordered but you have to be careful not to expend the used cartridge before the new cartridge arrives. I usually like to already have new cartridges on hand prior to running out of ink without worrying about running out before the new carttidge arrives.

I am an old school therefore, I have to call Epson Tech Support and they helped me set the the printer up. the Fax, Scanner and everything is working very perfectly. I can now print from my cellphone.

It may be a free plan to sign up for but it is not worth even that. After not using the printer for over a week, I needed to print 3 pictures, only to be told I was out of ink in 3 cartridges, which according to this plan was not supposed to happen since it should have been told way before this that the printer was low on ink and sent out new cartridges. And by the way, don't even try to cancel the plan unless you have at least 45 minutes to spend on hold with several people only to finally be told you have to go into the store to do it because after all even though you have the account number they don't know it really is you calling.

It has been great printer, color is good. Paired with my Mac with no problems. Install was easy!

Very nice printer works well being on the road full time. Only think I don’t like about it is that the ink doesn’t last long at all, so it can get quite expensive having to replace them so often. Otherwise I love the printer !

Used to use. Good I suppose if your doing a lot of printing. Sometimes they would send cartridges that I did not need and forget the ones I did. Not that the service is bad I just was not printing enough to be on easy replenish

I purchased an Epson printer and set up 'easy replenish.' I didn't realize I wouldn't be fully set up for 'Easy Replenish' unless I responded to a certain e-mail.....which accidentally I deleted. Now I'm stuck. Have received no help assisting me how to solve this problem.

Great way to replenish ink and makes buying it so simple.

I had always been a big fan of HP printers, but after two separate 8610's would not work well with Windows 10, I decided to give this Epson a chance. On top of that, it was on sale for nearly 1/2 price! So far, we are glad we made the switch. It immediately connected to our router upon set-up and everything after that was a breeze. No problem with Windows 10 or 7 for that matter. Quick response to scan and print wirelessly. Small footprint on the work counter. Multiple cartridges that allow printing even if one is low. Relatively fast printing with decent color detail. For our home based business it works just fine. All in all, it was a good purchase and the next day it was back to full price. Winner!

Epson ink quality is great. Easy to pick up at store.
