My only problem is that the printer heads keep getting clogged and so I have to go to the printer-screen and choose maintenance and clean the printheads. It's not my favorite printer, but it does what I need it to do.

Adequate printer

The last HP laser printer lasted about a year and three sets of cartridges before it's firm ware rendered it useless.

perfect for small design business
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this to replace my aging bulky Xerox copier unit. this unit is simple to use and is sleek looking. i do architectural design work and need to print 11 x 17 regularly. the prints are lightening fast with good quality. although printing with larger sized stock is nice, i'm not a fan of how the paper loader has to stick out deeper when using 11 x 17 rather than the 8.5 x 11 paper feeders. i wish that they could've designed it to load the length of the unit to be more compact. but its not a deal breaker. bottom line - its does what it says it can do and that's all you can really ask in a $300 printer.

fast and furious

I do wish it would scan to a network share instead of only a USB drive. The scanner is fast and scales very well from letter to 11 by 17! Awesome printer and the ink is reasonably priced.

I've got it set up to two computers wirelessly, and it scans and prints with no problem. I can even print from my phone. The directions are super easy to use to get everything set up.

Sometimes doesn't print
