Piece of Junk that's Driving Me Crazy!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I should've known from all of the other useless Eufy products that I've tried over the last 2 years - a $250 robovac that quit within 2 months and Eufy told me I could "buy" a refurbished one at a discounted $180 or buy a new motor and fix it myself, a 5 piece security system with a door sensor that won't fit on a standard American door frame and a "siren" that can't even be heard in the next room, etc. I got this for an upcoming work trip. I'm taking my dog, and I'll have to leave him in the hotel room a bit. I thought this would be a great way to keep an eye on him. I've now had this for 2 hours. It is plugged in, sitting on the top shelf of a closet, facing the back wall, with the lights off, and a solid core door. The motion detection sensitivity is on its lowest setting. In the two hours it's been on, I got 48 push notifications for motion detected in the first hour and 52 in the second. It is NONSTOP. And it is detecting NOTHING. The closet is 100% dark, no light, no motion. It is driving me insane. It's another worthless Eufy piece of junk!

If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
--Make sure that there is no lamp or other objects in the camera view that may falsely trigger the camera;
--Delete and Setup the Activity zone in a different way to see if there is any difference;
--If possible, swap the camera with a different camera or place the camera at a different position to see how things work out;

Otherwise it was fine if I had needed it for inside use
