    Overall works as expected, had a difficult time getting the memory card formatted. After a number of tries it finally formatted.

    camera is good when it works mine stopped working out of nowhere i have t hold the cable in for it to power on

    Work good. Not the best Eufy product. It don’t seem to say in the position I set it to.

    Good camera, but lacking HomeKit support

    Overall, it's a really good camera. However, its not supported by HomeKit, like most of the other Eufy products. The auto pan tilt tracking was pretty impressive. The Eufy indoor 2K works better for me since its HomeKit supported.

    I haven’t bought anything from Best Buy that I did not love , something’s are better than others as we all know, I think my daughter is in awe and love of the drone and what all it can do

    This camera does its job well. The fact that it will follow motion is nice. I have it watching my front door when I’m gone.

    I am giving it 5 stars because of what it is supposed to do, I so much wanted this to work inside my home, but even with customer service assistance at Eufy we never got it to set up and work. I was so disappointed....

    Bought this camera to provide some home security and also monitor my pet while out of the home. It took some time to start seeing the issues this camera has and I'm now past the return window so I wanted to share what I experienced. The major flaw that I experienced was that the motion sensing was way too sensitive even at the lowest setting. It would alert us of movement every time the shadow of a tree blowing in the wind was coming through the window, a car drove by at night. I tried setting up activity zones but the light coming through the windows would always be somewhere in the zone throughout the day. The other part of the detection which recognizes humans gave false alarms as well. It would recognize shapes of light or shadows as human as well as my pet if it looked at the camera. Enabling the alert for all other motion was out of the question because it would alert for motion every minute. Needless to say this camera is useless to me. I have had good experiences with other Eufy products so I would just say be careful with how you plan to use this device.

    Like the auto tracking when motion is detect and it follows the person, do need to have SD card one was not included like some of their other products but they sync with the home base and works really well

    Great indoor camera to add to my other eufy products, don’t like the fact that privacy mode don’t work if you have it set to a schedule and just want to turn on privacy mode for a while

    Didnt expect much for the money. This little gem really impressed me. Ive had lots of systems in the past. This literally 5 min to set up. Featured packed and no need for a monthly plan. So simple. Highly recomend .

    Useless Mini Wall Detection Thing

    This camera is totally USELESS. It thinks a ceiling fan is a Person, It will not recognize noise accurately, The alarm is in sleep mode when it should be monitor a person. It monitors the wall than sound or motion. I had the camera set on alarm when I leave the house, I walked right in front of the camera several times and the alarm did not trigger. I stood in front of the door it was suppose to monitor, made noise with the keys, opening and closing the door; the camera didn't even pan in the door direction, instead it was turned towards the wall and wouldn't move (REALLY!) This mini thing (can't call it a camera) has to go back to Best Buy, TODAY! When we're home and the camera is set to "Disarmed" mode, it pans all day and night (USELESS).

    Geo-fence is hit or miss, alarm goes off on me when I arrive at home.Geo fense is set to small but it varies when it thinks you are out of the geofence, from a quater of a mike to 2 or 3 miles. Camera is cheap, price, quality of build is very good. i guess you get what you pay for.

    Connection issues

    This works fine in our home but when we take it places it has issues connecting to shared WiFi networks (such as hotels).
