Very well built, cool application to control it and most importantly Super easy instruction. I installed two of them for front and back door in less than an hour. Highly recommend.

This is my 3rd eufy smart lock. I enjoy the keyless option on the locks and the ability to verify their status on the app on my phone.

I avoided installing a lock because I figured it would be very difficult, it could not have been easier to install and it is very easy to use and looks great.

I love my new wifi lock. It allows me to open the door for my elderly mother when the caretaker arrives. This is the best in locks.

Built really solid and premium quality. Best set of instructions and organization that it puts Apple packaging to shame. I’m a fan.

I have began to build out my Eufy ecosystem for security products at my home. I have an existing garage spotlight/camera combination and a front doorbell. They work together very well and this lock integrates easily to the Eufy doorbell. The installation procedures were very simple, but the step calls for a voice prompt that did not happen. The product installed without it, but just in case you don't hear it, it likely still worked. Once installed, it will want to update the device and this happens quickly and easily. The bolt was longer with this lock than the one I replaced it with. I ended up drilling out a larger opening to enable the lock to fully extend. I mention this because it will show an error message if the bolt does not fully extend. The device integrated very easily with my existing products and allowed to integrate it with my doorbell. I can now see who is at the door and lock or unlock while viewing the camera at my front door. Setting the lock code was easy and straight forward as well, allowing up to 8 numbers for the code. It lights up on the outside making it very easy to view the buttons at night. These are physical and separate buttons, eliminating the problems with a touch screen. I prefer this keypad to others that I have owned. Another great safety feature lets me set a nighttime period where the door will automatically lock within a specified period of time if left unlocked. This gives me some peace of mind if I were to forget to lock the door at night. The telephone application works easily to lock and unlock the door and I receive an update on phone every time a lock or unlock takes place. The lock is high quality, installs easily, sets up easily and works perfectly.

I had a keypad lock already installed on my front door so installation of this was very straight forward and only took about 15 minutes. Operation is the same as the old one but because this is a smart lock and has an app, getting started was much quicker and a snap. I like that you can add users and change the lock code all from the app on the phone. Notifications can be annoying but it is nice to know when the door is locked and unlocked. One issue I ran into is that the closing pressure of the lock bolt into the door frame is lighter and very picky. What I mean is that if the alignment is off by just a hair and the deadbolt touches the edges of the frame, it wont close all the way. Took me a few minutes to figure this out but once I reinstalled the strike plate, it worked like a charm with no issues since. The issue was that the lock would not automatically close after the preset time and I would get notifications of the error. Everything is good now. Lastly, the lock does not illuminate up until you punch a number on the keypad. This makes it difficult if you forget to leave a light on and cant see the pad. Again, minor, but worth noting. The key it comes with is a bummer, adding to my key ring. I wish it had a feature like my old lock which could adapt to your current house key.
