The pin you use to release the doorbell in order to charge it is very hard to do. It snaps back on easily but is hard to pop off.

Does what it says and it was easy to install and setup. It operate with both battery and wire. Surprising how long it lasts with just battery.

0We were unaware which doorbell system was the one we needed. So we purchased this one thinking the white plug in would go in our upstairs hallway (just like the hardwired one we removed) But this specific piece would NOT connect to our homebase. the doorbell connected immediately. Went into details with what is supported by our homebase and found this specific 2 piece is not compatible for our system. We returned them and purchased just the video doorbell and its perfect.

Very easy to install! And great quality videos! You can buy this as it is and just use the plug in door bell or you can attach it to the rest of your eufy devices and have the doorbell come out of the home base. I really like the fact that when the door bell rings it rings on my phone as well so even if I’m at work I know someone is at the door.

We love the Eufy doorbell. The image is crystal clear, & captures so much of an area view. We love that it has a doorbell chime, & AI face recognition! So cool!

The doorbell is a base for the camera and the doorbell speaker itself.. This is useful especially when the Eufy homebase is not close enough for the doorbell to reach it.. So you plug in the doorbell chime close enough to the doorbell device and everything works perfectly! The camera on this is a 2k video camera that really looks amazing. With all kinds of detection it sends an alert to your phone right away when it detects movement so that you can get right to your camera and see what's going on and then possibly speak with the person at your door.

Very good camera! Good quality and gives us peace of mind when we are gone.

Its very nice quality video. it does miss some of human motion notification some time but without any subscription its pretty good.

I had been wanting to buy a video doorbell for a while, but didn’t want to pay a monthly fee. I am so pleased that the Eufy has local storage and no monthly fee! The video quality is great and it was easy to install. Just what I was looking for!

As the title says, there's no [mandatory] monthly fee with Eufy. This 2K doorbell camera was a great buy and I couldn't be happier with it. It was very easy to set up and I chose to use the battery option but I will eventually change it to wired since this option isn't difficult and I use the camera on "high surveillance" mode which drains the battery more, making the battery "only" last a couple of months between charges. Now I have a Homebase 3, GarageCam, bedside Eufy Safe, and S340 to add to the Eufy list and enjoy them all. I don't pay a monthly fee since all my videos are stored locally and I manage my storage personally. Otherwise, if you're lazy you can always pay extra to have someone else store your videos on a cloud service but it's super easy to just delete old videos you don't need straight from the app.

This is a great unit. The doorbell works perfectly, and the picture is crystal clear. Very easy to install and kink to a smartphone.

Great product for the money. It was a little complicated to share with other family members but we figured it out

I sell security systems for a living, and I can tell you everybody that I sell these doorbell cameras too they rave about how clear they are. As well as that they hardly ever disconnect from the homes WiFi.

this is a really great quality video doorbell and the images are very clear to see. sound is very good as well and for the affordable price i may purchase another for my back door in the near future.

works pictures are great, wireless bell sound very loud, only problem is that I am not able to go back to see past events, will be calling Eufy customer for assistance. Other that works great, when you don't have doorbell,
