Fast Times at Ridgemont High is classic in any sense

Cool flick from back in the day. Didn't give five stars because there seems to be some scenes missing.

Being a child of the 80's myself, I can easily say that this movie captures the fun of what is was like to grow up then. I loved this movie when it came out and the lines in this movie became go to staples of our vocabulary. I miss the 80's so much and the craziness and freedom that came with the times, even though my times may not have been as "fast" it is the feeling that this movie captures that makes me wax nostalgic dude.

2nd time I’ve bought this movie within a year and this Criterion release is totally worth the double dip. Picture quality alone justifies the price because it’s fantastic. Leagues better than the standard Universal BR release. Also love how they included the TV version. Two thumbs up!

I've bought this movie on DVD and a standard edition bluray. When I saw Criterion was releasing a bluray I knew I had to have it as they do quality work. The picture quality and supplements are the best you will find on this movie. Highly recommended.

This has been one of my favorite movie back in the days. It’s full of laughter and so much stuff going on that happened back then. Yes I would recommend this movie if you like movies like this and dazed and confused.

This was THE teen movie of the early 80's. Somehow I missed seeing it when it was initially released, and only recently rediscovered it. If you are a fan of the early 80's, get this. It's a great time capsule. If you grew up during that time, it will generate some good memories...it's also really funny.

this movie is a classic from the 80's lots of funny lines... "charles jefferson---earth wind and fire---for little brother" lots of famous actors and actresses before they became regulars in the movie bizz

Original audio? Check! Original cut, complete with wang? Check! Looks great, sounds fantastic, and reflects the original intent of the filmmakers. Includes tv cut. Highly recommended!

Great movie, classic and funny as heck, i saw this later in life and now i get why its a cult classic. The movie was great and the soundtrack was phenomenal, for $5 it was a definite buy for me.

Fast Times at Ridgemont High is THE classic teen comedy. Sean Penn is hilarious as a high school stoner. Really good and believable performances all around. Blu-ray also contains some great extras including a Documentary featuring the cast as well as a director/writer commentary.

A must have classic 80's teenage comedy with hilarious scenes and one liners. Sean Penn absolutely nails it as Spicoli! Buy it, watch it and remember what it was like growing up in the awesome 80's.

This movie is incredibly funny, and only partly because it's such a product of the 80's. There's Sean Penn at his granliest, Judge Reinhold at his nerdiest, and the unforgettable Phoebe Cates at her perkiest. Great movie, and in pristine high def. highly recommended.

A classic comedy that takes you back to high school. With prominent actor Sean Penn's portrayal of a typically high school slacker , this hilarious 80's flick will deliver laugher. This is pop culture at It's best. Watch out for future Hollywood stars in the making.

Classic! Scored this one at my local Best Buy for 5 bucks! If you haven't seen this one yet, do yourself a favor and check it out! One of the all-time best Comedies around!

This movie is one of the classics that gave us numerous quotes such as "That was my skull! I'm so wasted!" and "Hey, Bud, let's party!", not to mention scenes that still remain some of the best of all time. A must for any video library.

This is a great movie. I’ve bought it on all different types of media from VHS to DVD to Blu-Ray. If you haven’t watched this great 80’s movie, do it this weekend.

A classic slacker movie! I remember this movie when I first saw in the theater. Wanted this for my movie collection. This is a good price at Best Buy.
