Great product for simple workouts at home. Current have this in my garage and works great. It doesn’t take up much space. Well designed so it fits a ton of equipment in a small space. Just don’t plan on moving it without at unloading it, this thing weighs a ton (no pun intended)

Everything we wanted and then some. This is perfect all-around workout bench. It doesn't take up too much space and works as advertised. All items fit tightly within the bench itself. The bench raises up and down with ease and locks firmly into place. Plenty of workouts you can find on their website or by surfing the web. It's a bit pricey however you get what you pay for, and you won't be disappointed. Only negative, inside the package it said it came with some bonus items (jump rope, foam roller, workout bands) and they weren't in there.

Love the updated design! Sleek and modern. Can't wait for my upgrade to deliver. Such a convenience to have this range of training tools all stored in the bench that I'm working out on.
