I bought this Charge 4 to replace the broken Charge 3 I had, and as expected is doing a great job , love the different clock faces and the extra functions it has over the previous model.

It’s a little old model with less features. If you are looking for lot of smart options this is not a product I would recommend

Seems to shut down and start doing things like a timer and locking on messages that I cannot stop. I have called Fitbit customer service to fix it 4 times.

Good fit, nice interface on my phone. Counting my steps and living the dream. It's been my most used Christmas present, I use it every day.

I bought it on Black Friday for a fair price. Pretty good product. The sensors very accurate and the app very well designed. My wife is waiting for the same price I paid to buy one too.

Very happy with the fitbit charge 4 as an upgrade from the charge 2! I looked at the apple watches too... this gives me everything I want for a fair price (on sale $130 Feb 2021)

Just enough improvements from the Charge 3. Same functionality and performance. Good news is the replacement bands from my Charge 3 will work when this band eventually breaks.

Love this before it did the firmware update. Now it doesn't vibrate on my wrist to tell me when i need more steps to hit the 250 an hour

At first, it was daunting to me to try to figure out the Fitbit. But after it was paired to my IPhone, I could see more uses for it. I am an older person and have trouble figuring out technology.

Nice upgrade from my Charge 2. Like the fabric band on this watch, compared to the silicone band. Battery life is OK, but not great.

I am pleased with the features of this tracker except the lighting. When in the sunlight I cannot see the dial. poor illumination

This fitbit has been instrumental in my weight loss journey the last few months and it works fine for steps and an idea of calories burned. I'm not sure that it's always accurate though. The GPS miscalculates the number of miles that I walk often. The heart rate monitor seems to be a bit off and the battery life could be better. I didn't need to spend as much for my purposes.

This tracker does exactly what it says. Nothing more, nothing less. For now it works for me but I will upgrading to a smart watch to get more features.

Product is OK but I need to buy three had to pay for separate transaction also I could not buy the warranty on all three very disappointed but the product is awesome

We love our fitbits. This is out 4th one for our family so we all have them now. It always works and no technical difficulties. Makes us more aware of how much we exercise. Would recommend.

I really like it. Of course you cant use the 3's power cord to charge it. Could it be made by Apple? They seem to change the power cords to make more money? But the fitbit is good.

Bought my boyfriend this for Christmas as his old one was pretty outdated. He’s really liked it finding a little more user friendly and with a slightly larger screen.

Great sleek fitness tracker with the occasional sync issues at an affordable price. Fitbit needs to fix the syncing issues!

Bought this as an upgrade and gift for my wife. She loves the extra features that come with it like sleep score and a larger display among a few others. Worth the upgrade.
