I perviously had a Charge 2 and chose to upgrade to the Charge 4. I am pleased with the larger clock screen and it tracks all the necessary events and easily syncs with my iPhone.

I previously had the Charge 3 and upgraded for my birthday to the Charge 4 and I love it! It's awesome, I loved the upgraded feature to be able to use Spotify! Overall great purchase!

Bought this as a gift it was on sale at time of purchase. It is a well received gift and has been greatly used. Good buy for whom it was intended

I like the size of the fonts, I had a hard time getting the instruction on how to have the apps working. The battery needs to be charge every 2 days.

If you are focusing on strictly fitness and need help managing your diet/exercises, this is a great use! It helps keep track of everything you need.

This item replaces my earlier Fitbit model. I am pleased with its size on my wrist and the legibility of the display. I am still discovering its many functions!

I purchased this hoping that my husband could be enrolled in the cardio program, but discovered that it's only meant for those not already diagnosed. It's fine for fitness.

It said I walked 4 miles yet I burned supposedly over 1200 calories. I know I'm overweight, but that's way over the 100 calories per mile estimate that I used to go by, and it showed when I weighed myself a week later after using this and I gained weight. It also counted me driving my car as steps! I shouldn't have to take this thing off while driving, especially when it cost $150, so I returned it. I used to use a cheap $12 pedometer that did a much better job at tracking my steps and calories burned. Also, the screen is dim when outdoors in the sunlight(kind of defeats the purchase of a fitness tracker) making it hard to see, and it annoying takes multiple attempts to navigate the tiny screen while exercising. I'm so glad I was able to get a refund for this thing.

The quality of this FitBit is just not as good as previous models. The charge saddle doesn’t sit securely and frequently you can’t tell if it is charging. Frequently it was not. The blue tooth connection to phone or computer was also spotty. I may try a replacement to see if this is a one off but this has been a big disappointment.

Wow I bought this for my wife unbeknownst to me she really loves it. She loves all the extra features and a larger print so grateful for getting this for Christmas

Works like my old Surge that had. App linked up nicely to my old account. I can wear for days between charges but it comes at a price. there is no back light to this device so it if you are active out doors as people most likely are with this, you can not read the face in the sun light or strong indoor lighting.

Overall a good product, however not the most accurate when tracking sleep, and won't count steps when purchasing a grocery cart.

I love this new Fitbit. I can read it because the display is brighter than the 4. It gives body temp and oxygen level and this fits my exercise regimine.

I purchased the Fitbit Charge 4 to replace my Apple Watch. It’s a nice little watch but when the next Apple Watch comes out in the fall I will get it.

Soooo glad to have a fitbit again. I really don't care about my steps but the messaging and calendar are great when I don't want to carry my phone.

Love the new features on the Fitbit Charger 4. We added the premium features and find them to be very useful. I like the way the watchband feels over the charger 2 watchband.

Always love tracking my steps. Easy to sync. Great motivational feedback to get in shape. Highly recommend. This is my third fitbit and cannot live without one!

Bought this as a father’s day gift. My husband is really enjoying it. The strap is confortable and he likes wearing it all the time. Great purchase!
