    This order came from third party. Beware! Best Buy customer service was helpful but I have to deal with third party. Still in the process of getting things corrected. I ordered 1 case of 12 filters. I received 1 individual filter. It obviously had been taken out of the case. They went above and beyond packaging it and it arrived safely. 1 of 12 received. Trying to get refund.
