Don't waste your money on something pricier if you're just one guy, or an amateur. I can record everything piece by piece and it sounds just as good. The fancier ports are mainly used for live recording, You don't need tons of inputs. Maybe a preamp would help.

Got this product not only because you can use it with an IPad but it does work on MAC and Pc as well! Figured this was a better option than the others from focusrite because of that. Plus is not red lol. Works perfect built very well. No complains on my end. Oh and Zero latency too!

I love everything about it except for the fact that it has RCA stereo output and not 1/4. Not a big deal...just means I have to spend more money to get RCA plugs. Also, I wish it could charge my iPad. Last thing is that the plug to my iPad is really short. I wish it was a little longer. Other than that, its great.

This unit is built very well, set up was very easy on the Ipad. very easy to adjust when you need to. I picked this up on clearance, great price. Get one.

I love my focusrite! It's easy to use, works great and is so portable I can bring it anywhere. This has been so instrumental in preparing me for some future studio recordings. The more practice and preparation I can do at home will save me hundreds of hours and dollars at the studio, plus I can make professional sounding recordings for smaller projects at home with the focusrite and my ipad. I recommend this product.

This is a great audio interface for iOS devices but also works with computers. You'll need a lightning adapter for newer iOS devices or other work arounds with the USB hubs and so on.

Does everything I need it to do. Great sound at a great price. Looks great too and well constructed.
