    I installed 3 of these locks and none of them works consistently for 2 minutes, I had to take the battery and reinstall the app and start over again twice still not luck, keep sending notifications that the door is locked when it's not and the other way round!! A lock for your doors is suppose to work 110% of the times and not 45% or 50% of the time!!!

    False advertising on product, simply does not work, mobile app does not work and supplier does not answer support requests, Zero support, Bestbuy should discontinue relationship with this supplier.

    Great for if your a clumsy person like me and try to remember if you left the door unlocked or not or if you have a bunch of groceries in the car and u need to open the door you can simply do it by your cellphone.

    This lock is useless if you have any products other than Apple. Besides that the lag time from push of button to unlock/ lock door is entirely to long.

    Couldn't afford to pass this up. Bought it as an early Christmas gift. Have a friend that bought one and she is very happy with hers. I'm sure that the person I've bought it for will be extremely pleased with it.

    very hard to setup not user friendly customer support is bad, will not resolve my issue and they take longer to answer back (not a good customer service) plus they are located outside the US

    I had the lock installed and connected to my HomeKit. This is the first lock I had that always responds. It's a great lock and would recommend it. Looks really slick too.
