We wanted go free up some counter space. It's not bad. The only complaint I have is that it doesn't cook baked potatoes correctly. It over cooked one side so much that it was hard and crunchy on one end of the potato and slightly underdone on the other side of the same potato.

Its a very easy to clean, good space, easy installation. Overall very good product.

This is the microwave from hell. It lasted 2 years ok but starting month 25, we’ve had it serviced through our home warranty so many times - 3-4x in June, 2-3x in July, once in August, 1-2x September, 2x October, and now in November. Each time the microwave was dead. Many parts replaced from fuses to big items. I’m sure the home warranty company has spent well over $1k on this microwave. I could’ve bought 3 microwaves for this price and more. The old Frigidaire microwave that we replaced had been there for years. This shiny pretty model is awful. Opening and closing the door is loud. The exhaust is really loud and though there are 2 speeds, it really both runs at the same speed. The left light under the microwave has gone out 4-5x. Very poor quality and the appliance repair place all they do is get it up and running for the max 3 weeks, then it dies.

This is my first over-range microwave, and so far I am very pleased with it. Besides taking up less space in my cramped kitchen, access to it is very easy. I like the "finished" beep, where it lets you know for sure what you are heating is done, and repeats this beep every minute until you open the door. I hope this one lasts as long as the counter microwave it replaced, which was 16 years old.

Replaced expired microwave with same model -- easy to install and last one gave us ten years of service.

This is a great product and was a great buy. Very easy to use. It works well and is quiet. No issues. Would buy again.
