Purchased this microwave in store. Unfortunately, selection was limited to only this item. Selection was determined by dimensions, and this was the only unit that would fit into available space. This is a basic unit that does every thing it is supposed to well.

I replaced my microwave that "conked" out. I love this micro because it has a one touch feature for 1,2,&3 minute cooking time. It also has a 30 sec instant touch feature that is perfect for my 80 year old mother. She has a hard time starting and stopping the micro; now she can hit one button and heat up her meals. This is microwave is a winner in our house!

bought as part of frigidaire package, all performing well. this micro has ready-set buttons for quick 1 -2 -or 3 minute cook, sensor cooking that works and a loud buzzer that lets you know its "good" n done. it evenly heats the food. the vent hood also does well, better than economy vent hoods not as good as those $600 fancy jobs. over the range lighting is a plus and the set look great together in my kitchen. thanks to best buy for prompt exchange of the dented one that was delivered first for this one which looks and works great.

This was one the nicest shortest over the range microwave we could find. Our old model was alot shorter. It seems they make them longer now which make it closer to the burners of the stove without having to remodel your cabinets. The handle can get warm at times while cooking but nothing severe. Yes the 3 beeps can get irritaing but that really is the worse and really no big deal. It heats wonderfully and almost popped every kernel of popcorn in the bag.

We really enjoy our new microwave and how it looks in our new kitchen. The SS looks great with our other appliances. It is a step up from our previous GE microwave, with a few extra features.

Other than the 3 beeps after the cycle is complete (that you can't turn off), it works great! I love that you have a choice of where to vent the stove.

Pretty good microwave except for the clock. Every week the clock adds 5 mins

Nothing wrong with this microwave except for the beeping even after you've opened the door. I'm pretty sure it goes four times and it's annoying. There's plenty of room inside and the buttons are very nice and easy to operate. Overall, very good.

Purchased this as well as 3 other appliances ( 2 of which frigidaire) 1 year and 1 month ago. The Microwave completely stopped working Last night 1 month after warranty expired. Makes a humming sound after cooking or any other cycle stops, continues to hum unless door is left open. Contacted frigidaire and due to it being out of warranty (by only amonth) nothing they would do nor should they. spent almost $500.00 with installation and will be replacing this TODAY with a Samsung. Never liked the fan (noisy and never really worked) surface lighting is ajoke. Very Very disappointing.

I love my microwave! The vent and light are perfect when I am cooking on the stove. This is a great product, the only bad thing I have to say is that when your time is up the microwave keeps churping until you turn it off or you restart it.

After 2 1/2 weeks, 3 service calls, 2 fuses, 1 shield and all 3 door switches, my microwave is once again operational. Good thing I have coverage through DTE Home Protection Plan. The sad part is it's less than 14 months old. Frigidaire isn't what it used to be. It started constantly tripping the breaker whenever I opened the door. The door is VERY difficult to open and close. I don't know if that's why the door switches went bad or not. If so, it will continue to happen. The loud, long beeping is annoying as well, but I can live with that. In any event, a microwave that is just over a year old shouldn't go bad, especially when it's used very little, not even daily. I do not use it for cooking, just warming. I don't even heat water in it. Very unhappy with the quality of this product. I will be replacing my bisque color fridge and stove soon and WILL NOT consider the Frigidaire brand. Glad I went with a GE dishwasher, works like a charm!

Works great, but it has one minor detail that is very nerving...when the food is ready it notifies you with a loud chime. Usually, microwaves will stop chiming once you open the door or hit cancel. This one, on the other hand, will continue until it stops on its own...and did I mention it is LOUD?

The silver works great with my kitchen. No problem installing over the stove.

The display never worked, so I have to decide if I want a repairman to come out and fix it under warranty. Instead of getting the message "Food is Ready" I get a message saying "Good" and it doesn't scroll. That doesn't bother me near as much as the loud, annoying beeps when the food is done. We learned many years ago that when the microwave shuts off the food is done, so who needs loud beeps? To top off the annoyance, the beeps continue when you open the door, and the "cancel" button only works when the door is closed. Frigidaire must be deliberately trying to annoy its customers. The Frigidaire I replaced lasted eight years and it had a setting to turn off the beeper.

Pickup is very bad< I had to pay to park to pick it up at store.

We switched to the Frigidaire after our Samsung finally quit on us, based on the cost and the reviews. Our experience has not been positive. The Frigidaire does not defrost well at all - it cooks instead, so the edges of the meat are actually cooked, but the middle is frozen. The work-around is to have to enter very short periods of defrosting, and monitor it constantly. Our other main complaint is the tone that signals completion of a task. It is really long. I mean agonizingly long. That may seem petty at first, but now it is the equivalent of auditory waterboarding that sends us running to the microwave to hit STOP as fast as we can. I will go back to the Samsung as soon as I can wear this one out.

This microwave started making a humming sound like it was running non-stop. Now I have to unplug it after every use. Since it was 2 weeks past the 1 year purchase date, Frigidaire did not offer any support. Also this was my second Frigidaire microwave, the first one stopped working after only 1 month! In addition, I didn't like the 3 long loud beeps that kept going even after you opened the door and could not be turned off. The turntable had no shut off for large dishes. The timer was one quiet beep that was often missed.

I have discover this microwave like a good option for properties to rent. Is basic, is economic and works perfectly well a lot of time

This is the worst appliance I have ever purchased. Microwave stopped working after 13 months and since it was past the 12 month warranty, Frigidaire would do NOTHING!!!!! The company certainly does NOT stand behind their products. The fan also runs loud and clock runs fast.
