I live in a 950 sq ft house and this ac does wonders. I was hoping they had the unit with the heater integrated in stock, but I ended up going with this one anyway. The first night nearly froze us out of the bedroom when we left it on high at 72 degrees. It is very quiet for what it is and the light bill appears to show a drop. I would recommend this.

This is the largest btu (18,000) that I could get without having to change the outlet. It's a 220v, 15amp plug. Finally understand what type of plug that is, it's has the ground with two horizontal lines. Next size up has a 220v, 20amp plug. It has ground and one horizontal & one vertical line for the plug. This unit is good so far, it's only been a week but it feels pretty cool since it's cooling a living room, dining room and small bedroom. If I could have gone bigger without an electrician I would have. Good unit.

I bought this air conditioner as a temporary solution while waiting to get a whole house unit installed. It cools 3 rooms easily, easy to use and install. I would highly recommend this unit.

I've purchased the same unit several times for multiple rooms in my home over the last few years. This unit is very quiet and performs as advertised in terms of cooling the posted square footage.

Great air con. Does my entire downstairs (about 750 sf). Note that the cord is 5 ft long, not 5 inches as stated in the description.

It was easy to install the controls are very easy to work they work automatically and keeps the room very cool

Works good and it keeps our house nice and cool and it’s less expensive than central air.

Good air conditioner, however; instructions are a bit confusing and getting into the window was a bit difficult. Cools down my entire main floor.

Great for a large room. Looks like the water may leak inside as opposed to outside when on for a long time. Other than that it's great :)!

This air conditioner really kept us cool in the 80+ degree weather we have been having. Even on the medium setting the heat was no problem to this unit.

Finally got my A/C unit after ordering it a whole month ago!

I ordered this unit for my home and it came really fast. It took me forever to get it all set up because the instructions are awful. After multiple hours I finally got it all installed, went to plug it in and there is a European plug on it. So now I can't even use the darn thing and have to take it out and return it. Very unhappy.
