Product came damaged. Tried customer support, tried calling store directly. No help whatsoever. Horrible customer service and now I am stuck with damaged item.

The freezer would not freeze and the refrigerator part would not get cold. Took it back and had no problem exchanging it.

So far, so good. Smaller than my ancient old fridge but most standard models are too tall for the space. Seems more than adequate for a one-person household — and a good incentive to be/stay more organized! Freezer space is good - and temperatures are where I want them.
I also love the sleek look (ancient warhorse was harvest gold!) …

Great refrigerator for the basement. Bought this during Covid outbreak and it is ideal size for storing extra food items. Have had this for 3 years and it works great. Keeps the drinks, fruits and vegetables cool and fresh. Adequate freezer space.

This was my first new fridge purchase in about 20 years and I knew there had been some changes in the efficiency of refrigerators since then. My first impression was how attractive it is with it's curved front and sophisticated steel finish. Once installed it got cold very quickly - quicker than the installers told me to expect. I've had it for 3 weeks now and am pleased by how quiet it is. It's smaller than my fridges of late, due to the space available in my apartment, but it uses space very efficiently. So overall I'm delighted with how it looks and works. Hoping to see a drop in my electric bill too.

This smaller refrigerator perfect for my small kitchen. And it is the quietest refrigerator ever. It has lots of space considering it’s small size. The only thing I would caution is that if you are a tall person, you are going to have to bend down to access the bottom shelves. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase.

I am 2 years into ownership and the compressor died. Frigidaire does not cover a compressor outside of 1 year of ownership. The cost to replace this is close to the same price as buying a new refrigerator. Very unsatisfied.

I'm returning it due to what may be a defect. I just got this delivered yesterday. I set the fridge (and freezer) temperature right in the middle where it states "Recommended". This morning, everything in the fridge was frozen. I could have exchanged for another one of the same model, but I'm not happy about a few other things: 1) Noise - It makes a buzzing noise at all time, 2) Both the fridge and the freezer doors don't close on their own once opened - I don't know what is in the way but both doors require to be pushed closed. I've had a Frigidaire in the past but maybe the quality has gone down. The freezer seems to work fine.
