We bought this 16.9 cu ft Freezer to replace a Kenmore 15 cu ft freezer that died after about 20 years. The main feature I was looking for was a freezer that had a temperature alarm which this one has. This is what alerted me when the old one died, otherwise I would have lost all the food in the old freezer. This also alarms if the door is open too long. The screen on the outside of the door is large so you can see the temp. The only thing is that it is not exact, anywhere from -4 to +7 degrees it still reads -0-. Upper interior bins on the door are adjustable. The manual is lacking instructions on how to use some functions, or whether this model even has certain functions. So far have had no issues.

I love the temperature at a glance window and the alarm. I need to adjust shelves. Only down fall is that I didn't get four I guest you will call them baskets for the colorful tabs that are great. I don't know where two use the extra tabs. I am still working on filling it up. Limited budget I am working with.

Like alarm features. Keeps temp as set. Plenty of room for storage. Wish the soft freeze door was more sturdy...held by small magnets. Needs a stronger way to secure it.

I've never had a full freezer. It has taken me from chaos and not being able to find anything to an organized freezer. I'm able to shop and save time because I can buy more than one or two items on sale and have the room to store them. This freezer has numerous compartments which is really nice.

Good layout, lots of room, quiet. Like the temperature display on the outside, too.

Freezer works great, comes with great features on this model - especially the digital face on the front of the appliance and the hi temp alarm. The shelves are something to desire. Too fancy and lost space.

Lighting inside is bright, it’s very easy to find things. We don’t open it every day, so it is nice to have a display on the outside to let us know the temperature is where it should be.

I love my new Frigidaire!! Holds a lot with shelves & baskets nicely spaced so you can easily organize & not lose track of stored items. Nice containers on door as well. Cooled well on startup & have had no problems with the unit.

Lots of room and love the baskets and shelves in the door. I would have given it 5 stars, but the first time it was delivered there was a small chip on the front. Second time there was a dent in the door so stayed with my first one rather than going through the hassle of a third delivery.

We bought this upright over 5 years ago and it still runs as if it were new. We've overloaded it a few times and it still keeps everything the exact temperature on the digital display. It has even held up well during blackouts (we don't open the door). There has not been any frost issues so I've never had to defrost it. Rarely do we lose any food since it is an upright and you can see all your food!

Great freezer. Plenty of room . I really like the led lighting and the soft freeze zone for ice cream.

Great freezer for the price. Love the frost free feature. Also love the ability to lock the door as having a three year old could be challenging without it.

It is incredibly easier to find things and get them out. No more bent over to get to the bottom to find the really old stuff. And it has a smaller foot print. I like the the bins for the bagged stuff. The pizza shelf takes up too much space, it is now at the top of freezer where it hold spare light bulbs in place.

Great freezer, constant temperature, love the outside gauge, lots of storage areas and I would buy again.

The upfront temperature reading on the door is very helpful. The shelf layout is good, but not the best. So far it has worked well, however, the fan to circulate the air inside is noisy. Almost sounds more like a rattle. Need to have someone look at it to determine if it is normal.

Really like this freezer. Spacious and efficient. Delivery was very late but delivery men were polite and cleaned up everything.

We HAD to replace our old freezer when we noticed a funny noise in the garage. We wanted our new freezer to have a temperature alarm. The new freezer has that and even tells us how long there have been a power failure. It is comforting to see the interior temperature on the panel built into the door.

One of the reason I chose this freezer is that it offered a feature called I believe soft freeze (for items you don't want frozen hard) like gelato. I don't know how it works but it does and we love that feature
