Their conditioner does a great job cooling. The only disappointment I have is it said It was a Wi-Fi connected air-conditioner in the documentation on the Best Buy site this is not true statement it is not Wi-Fi. I like to be able to control it from remotely because I’m not there all the time.

BBBBBRRRRRRRRRR...it sure is cold in here now! This thing is powerful and I dig the style of vent adjustments it has. You can basically direct it in just about any direction you need. The fan is strong and really moves the air. Install was easy, and this In-Window model can also be mounted Through-Wall, which we did and it worked great. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!! It's heavy so get some big strong people to help lift it into position. The remote works well from pretty long distances. Super happy with this purchase!

This unit was rated for 1600 sq. ft. My house is single level 1470sq. ft. Cools the entire house with the aid of a few ceiling fans. We absolutely love it. The mounting brackets that came with it were not satisfactory to me. Purchased larger brackets . But over all love the outcome.

Cool - works quietly - timer and remote make this a great choice.

Be aware that this is very heavy and needs at least two people to install. And, it takes a 20amp outlet, not a normal everyday three prong. We had to get a 20amp outlet installed just for this.

Exceeded my expectations. Cools three rooms better than my central unit ever did. Easy to install after 220 volt outlet was placed.

Needed a larger window unit to cool off my house from the hot summer heat. This unit does the job and it's economical efficiency on energy.

This unit replaced two older AC models. It's working great and it's an energy saver unit so I can leave it on and it comes on only when necessary. I would highly recommend this unit. We'll be cooler for the rest of the summer season. What a relief.

My husband helped my son installed this in his home, in the wall in the living room. It is a smaller house, just over 1,000 sq ft, and this unit does a great job of cooling down the whole house. The remote is great and the unit is programmable, so they can have it turn on an hour before they get home and the house has cooled down nicely by the time they get home.

I am more than happy with this purchase works great, easy install and no issues! Feeling cooler than ever.

Great. Cools my entire home not a problem. I had to run a 240 line but the cost of the unit and the line, way cheaper than a central unit system.

I bought this AC because summer was getting hotter and hotter and I don't regret getting it is very powerful and keeps the house cold. Now summer is more like fall
