Great Buy, Great Product

Yes, it is a tad noisy when the compressor is going, but you get used to it, and it's not that noisy. The great attributes are you get a fridge built in the good ole USA, and it is built well, and is really smart looking. Love the lighting above and below, and love the removable shelves. It feels bigger than 18 cubic feet. With all of the door shelves and the internal layout as it is, it's a bargain at this price point.

To this date we can get no one to pick up the unit. I cancelled the chest freezer that I ordered as it was the same brand, and I have had enough of Frigidaire. PLEASE send someone to pick this up!!!!

I called support and they send a technician on site. The technician didn't solve the problem. He said "all good, just disconnected wire ahahah". I called support again and they sent another technician (who is terribly rude). He partially solved the problem. Light is on (fixed loose wires). However, I still have cooling issue. Probably the thermostat box is defective. I cannot return the fridge though because has been a month already. I cannot have the fridge replaced with a new one because Frigidaire does not replace products. That's what they told me. Suggestion: spend few dollars more and get something more reliable.

When you move your temperature dial to a colder setting do you hear the compressor running? Do you feel air movement through the grille at the rear of your freezer?
