Freezer stopped working after 9 months use and refrigerator barely cold. So we called Frigidaire, since still under rhw one year warranty, and after finally speaking to someone they could only refer to authorized area repair service, who's first available appointment was 5 days after call. Once service call made, the part not ordered til following day. 3-5 business days is when the part should arrive. Called Frigidaire who said to wait it out, that the parts are available locally so that was best possible solution. 5 days past and service company doesn't have a scheduled parts delivery date yet. We will call you" It has now been 3 weeks and still no call. Also no refrigerator or freezer! Calling Frigidaire again today.

I have this fridge and it works great at this price.

This refrigerator was bought brand new in January. I rented the apartment it is in and plugged it in thinking a brand new refrigerator would work. I transferred all of my food to this fridge and though the refrigerator is running, it didn't cool a thing. In fact I woke up the next morning to a mess. Day two without a refrigerator and now all of my food is spoiled. The Landord tried desperately to get us service for Wednesday but the earlier someone can come for this brand new refrigerator is Monday. This is totally unacceptable. With two small children in the apartment, living out of a styrofoam cooler is a less than ideal living situation for the next 5 days. Fridgidaire didn't even offer a small loaner fridge to get us by. Guess we are SOL.

My husband bought this and thought there would be a light in the freezer. There is not and is very disappointing. The delivery people didn't adjust the doors correctly so we will have to figure out how to do this. There is nothing in the manual . The freezer handle and the bottom handle do not line up. Wish I could return it.

Worst experience ever in purchasing a Frigidaire refrigerator. We purchased one and had to exchange it within two weeks. The second one was just as bad as the first, they both leaked water onto the top self from where the cold air is blowing in and the second one wouldn't cool items properly. Everything was just slightly colder than luke warm.

This refrigerator does the job, the only thing the is a little weird is the stainless steel is only on the front of the refrigerator and black on the sides.

I pretty much agree with most of the negative reviews on here. Refrigerator is loud and LEAKS A LOT OF WATER! I am actually more annoyed at the water problem then anything. Bought it as a cheap fridge and i dont think I'll buy a Fridigaire product again!

First there are no instructions on how to move/remove the shelf in the freezer but it's easy to figure out. I took the black thing off of the left side, I should be able to move the shelf to the left and release the right side of the shelf, but I can't. The front right side releases but I can't get the back right side to release. It appears that the shelf it hitting the back of the freezer where the temperature control is and the right side is being forced towards the front of the unit. I'll have to call repair to get the shelf out. I would recommend this refrigerator but make sure you can move/remove the freezer shelf before the delivery people leave.

Bought this refrigerator back 2016 and still standing 2021.

i bought the refrigerator last year, its stated making noises right before the warranty was up, loud noises sounds like someone's banging on my door but it's my refrigerator,called to get it serviced the repair canceled told me that he get another company to call me nobody called canceled told me that you get another company to call me nobody called. now it's out of warranty and they're telling me I have to pay for it myself. wtf don't buy it

Worst purchase ever! frig is never cold; freezer barely freezes and to top it all off freezer drips water onto first shelf of frig. Not happy at all- warranty is up too. I'm not paying half of the purchase price or more for them to "try" to repair. To the garage it will go as back up fridge-now have to purchase new one. Under 2 years old!!!'

Excellent refrigerator and value. Good service with no delays

We dont have more space in the kitchen, so it was one option available for that.

We bought this model because it was rated as a good "garage" refrigerator/freezer. It works well enough if the temperatures are mild, but we live in NJ, it often gets cold in the winter and our garage is not heated. When it gets below say 40 degrees in the garage, the compressor is designed to automatically shut off, which means that neither the refrigerator nor the freezer is being cooled. When this happens, the temperature in the refrigerated section is not as cold as it is when the compressor is operating and the stuff in the freezer actually thaws out. This is a particularly bad feature around Christmastime when we need the freezer the most as we prepare to host our family and friends. A really stupid design flaw. So if you you live in a cold weather area, take a pass on this model, as it's little better than an antique ice box in the winter months.

Don't waste your money! Worst refrigerator we ever bought; both refrigerator & freezer died within 2 years of purchased. They wanted $90 just to come out and give estimate to repair. Will never purchase another Frigidaire product!

Bought this for my 91 year old mother - it was a lemon from the beginning. Best buy doesn't service, but refers to a lousy outside service company. After multiple repairs starting after it was only a month old, they said they wouldn't come any more - all within the first year after purchase. Have to buy her another new one, and haul this one away. Will never buy an appliance from Best buy again!

First off Best Buy was great (5stars). We got our refrigerator with dents inside and out from Frigidaire and a smudged paint job. I watched the delivery crew un box it and there were the dents and lousy paint job. Frigidaire aka Electrolux could care less. I notified the Atty Gen. and the BBB. and to date they just don't give a dam... I WILL NEVER BUY A FRIGIDAIRE PRODUCT EVER AGAIN...once again Best Buy was great and bent over backwards to help me.

Two of the plastic shelves on the doors cracked within 6 months of purchase and they are not covered under the geek squad $150 I paid for. We had soda cans in them and the geeks squad customer said we shouldn't have stuffed so much stuff in them. I asked him what were the shelves for if I couldn't put stuff in them. He was extremely rude. Last product I ever buy from Best Buy. Bye bye!

This fridge stopped working one day after we got it. We've been trying to get it fixed for two weeks and now the serviceman says he still doesn't have the right parts. Horrible experience with both Best Buy and Fridgidaire. Very disappointed.
