As far a functionality, I love it! It does exactly what it's supposed to do, my food is cold and fresh. However, had I known how difficult it is to keep the stainless finish clean I would have gone with black. I have 3 children and we have little fingerprints all over.

Has sufficient space in the freezer for the two of us. Assembling the drawers from the way it was shipped was a little bit challenging, but worth the effort. The deli drawer is a little bit squeaky, but adequate. I am able to fit my red wine bottle; although it is a little bit tight with the cork replacement gadget on the side door. Overall real happy with the new addition to the kitchen.

It is a very good refrigerator with a lot of storage space ,the price is unbeatable !

Just moved out, first time moving out and this fridge has been amazing to my boyfriend and I. Spacious, simple, gets the job done and great price! We love it!

Frig was exactly as described and would suit any family who just wanted a basic frig without all the whistles.(Meaning ice maker, water access, wine cooler etc). Lots of space and options for adjusting shelves.

I was surprised how much noise this refrigerator makes and some of the basic features that it lacks. For instance the door is not counter-weighted to close if it is left open. So you have to close it with you foot if your hands are full. But it does work.

Great refrigerator if the space available is smaller and/or as a 2nd refrigerator.

The 2 guys that delivered the refrigerator were very nice and professional!! They helped me get a door off its hinges so they could fit the refrigerator thru the doorway. Very careful to not scratch it coming thru the doorways and put in the drawers and everything else, where as the first delivery, nobody did that and lied about the dents on the sides, saying every refrigerator has them, since it was a black refrigerator, you can see them more?? Also, whoever did the follow up call afterwards, said to give it a day or two for the fridge to settle and that would take care of the dents??!! Wth??! Anyway...these 2 gentlemen that were here today, did a exceptional job and were in and out of here in no time!! They are to be commended!!

Efficient and quiet appliance. Initial startup was noisy but quieted quickly.

We bought this refrigerator as our secondary refrigerator that we store in the garage...it is a nice size, fits good in our space and it fits our needs...not to mention it was a great price...I'm happy!

The refrigerator is easy to clean and perfect for my needs. I don't have the space for the new 3 door bottom drawer fridge. For the money this looks great and keeps my food at the correct temp.

Thi refridgerator has been everything that we were looking for. We needed it downstairs in our garage for extra storage of drinks and other items. It is a nice size and keeps everything cold.

Both appliances so far perform well and lie up to the reviews I read on the Best Buy site. I am a repeat customer because of the customer service I received. Competitive pricing is the 2nd reason. The customer service over the phone was so helpful. I can't tell you how important it is to speak with someone in the US who on 2 occasions helped me find a similar model appliance with a better ship date which landed the sale because I was I would have had to go elsewhere if I couldn't get by a certain date. I can rarely compliment customer service I get from companies these days but Best Buy really deserves this - thank you!!

Very good overall for the price. Quiet running. Keeps everything cold. Easy to find contents. I would give it 1/2 star more but system doesn't allow half stars. I would have given it five stars; however, the manufacturer does not include ice trays or an egg container as they once did.
