Poor seal

There is absolutely no suction when open or closing it, the inside is frosted up including the cover itself. Bread in the freezer is still slightly squishy after freezing.

Here are the troubleshooting steps that we can do to check why your door is not closing. Please look for open areas between the gasket and the cabinet flange, Gasket should seal against the cabinet all the way around including top and bottom, Dirty gaskets can sometimes stick to the refrigerator and pull out of the retaining channel when the refrigerator door is opened. Please keep in mind; 1. Clean the gasket with a wet soapy cloth, then rinse and dry. 2. Feed the gasket back into the retaining channel, ensuring that the gasket is secure all around the door. Also, please double-check to make sure there is no food or objects preventing the door from closing. Went through three returns before I finally just gave up and accepted that they will all come with some various dent and scratches.
