works great. I have it on constantly running. compressor kicks in and out as it should. It has some noise when compressor is not on, but nothing annoying.

Really disappointed.
I ordered this from Best Buy and received it the next morning, but the box showed up damaged and worn, like it had been used or returned before. Still, I gave it a chance and set it up.
It ran for hours, but the compressor never kicked in. It just blew air around like a regular fan. My room stayed warm and humid the entire time. This isn’t what I paid for.
I’ll be returning it. Why sell a product that doesn’t work? Why make customers go through the hassle of returns because someone didn’t bother to check if the unit was functional in the first place?
After this experience, I’ll never buy anything from Best Buy or Electrolux again.
