Moderate priced window unit easily maintains room (250 sq ft) temperature at set point during periods of upper 90s and triple degit heat indices even with open door connecting to kitchen and laundry room. One minor issue: touch controls balky at times.

Had my doubts about this AC as it had no drain plug. However, I can honestly say that this AC exceeded my expectations. Compared to the AC this replaced, it gets my room ice cold (which I thoroughly enjoy) and faster than my old 8K btu AC. It is definitely worth every penny.

It has only been a month, but so far we are very happy with this AC window unit. Used together with another unit, the entire upstairs is cool and comfortable even in the extreme heat. Upstairs bedrooms and bath get direct sun all day long. Highly recommend this unit.

This air conditioner is by far my favorite. It not only looks cool but it actually cools my whole large (nyc apartment) living room. When I bought it I thought it was a smart AC but it isn’t. A little expensive but very chic looking. So it’s worth the price tag.

Easy installation (similar to most others), works fine, cannot hear the compressor, only the noise of the air being moved by the fan. After buying a GE without extended warranty and having fan bearing go after two years, we bought two year extended warranty for this one.

Works great, cools down the room quickly and is probably the quietest window AC unit that I have ever purchased. GE's are cheaper and at more places but it is worth the extra money. My other GE at home is so loud I have to blast the TV to hear it.

Looking for an air conditioner to replace a 10 year old model that we had for our bedroom. After researching this unit seemed to fit the bill. It has been better than expected. Picked up at Best Buy and was installed in less than an hour. Cools great and is quiet.

I bought this sir conditioner to help cool off my house,because I needed my energy bill to go down and would not work my central air too hard. It worked my bill went from 300 dollars to 250.00. I really like this sir conditioner Very quiet too

I went to Best Buy as a last resort during 95+ degree weather and found that they were the only RELIABLE place in town with air conditioners. Within the first 2 minutes after turning this on I knew I had made the right choice. The remote is a wonderful bonus.

Unable to purchase a unit large enough to cool the space I need cooled, however, with the assist of a fan it adequately cools a larger area than for which it is designed to cool.

Took a few hard bumps in shipping looking at the packaging and and some minor dents on the outside of the unit. Do not think I will ever order a window unit on line again, The unit works as it should and cools nicely.

I purchased this AC for a small room located in the west side of the house. Frigidaire product is my favorite since they were well-built. It is very quiet and has been working great at keeping the room cool ever since.

Trusted brand and solid performance so far. Does the job at a competitive price to others. Adequate for smaller open air spaces that can be maintained at the btu recommendation of 350 sq. ft. coverage

This unit does the trick for a small unit. It is a bit on the noisy side and the lights on the display panel are bright and a bit annoying when trying to sleep .But when it's 105 outside and you can get a room to 80 no problem, it's worth it!

It took me decades to realize Frigidaire is best at making these and this is one of their best models yet. I am very pleased with this unit in every way you could ask about I give it the highest marks on everything.

This air conditioner is balanced. It was equal cost for capabilities. We have used it in our home for several months now and it is our only air conditioner. Which is again why I say it is balanced since we are comfortable in the 90' weather.

This window unit air conditioner is super efficient! It cooled the bedroom down in minutes and even helped cool the rest of the house. We still use the fan option at night in the winter for white noise and it doesn’t mke to room too cold!

It does the job of cooling. But major flaw is the noise level. This AC is just too loud. Compressor is typical. Problem is the fan, even on the lowest setting it is still too loud to the point it makes it hard to hold a conversation or watch tv at normal levels. If you have a medium to smaller room check your sq ft. You can probably get the 6k Btu which I did, and it’s super quiet and still cools the room.

This is our third frigidaire air conditioner, perfect for our spare room which gets really warm due to constant sun during the day, The auto cool setting and temperature setting keeps it economical and keeps the room cool.

My house is cool now, for not too many beans. A good value and a solid performer. Just buy the Geek Squad coverage for complete peace of mind. Irrespective of brand, AC units can fail. Best Buy will take care of you with their coverage :)
