Despite its specifications of only 350sq ft this airconditioner is managing to cool twice that space to make my house bearable.

Bought this unit to help cool upstairs in summer. Room cools down okay. Does not cool entire upstairs. Biggest complaint is how loud it is.

Its three fan speeds and energy saver mode let you customize your cooling, while its remote control provides convenient access to temperature settings. Great product

Nice little air conditioner , keeps the den a cool 74 degrees, lite weight, good price. Should have gotten the next size up.

I purchased this to replace an old portable unit that wasnt keeping our larger bedroom cool. The remote is great (would be better if it was lighted) and the eco mode is awesome!

I'm rating this on the use in my room. It's not a big room so this AC did just what it needed too and beyond. Wasn't overly loud and didn't care after the room got comfortable.

This got my new born and my thru the summer and now a toddler thru this recent heat wave. In my opinion it does its job good.

when turned on it goes right to the econ setting, even if it was on cool when it was earlier turned off. this is the opposite of my 12,000 btu frigidaire ac. The instruction are a little confusing on this. I like the 12,000 better on this account. However, this 8,000 has a setting whereby it will change fan speeds on it's own without action from the operator. This is to adjust to temperature changes. This is a real nice unit. The 12,000 will not change fan speeds on it's own. This fan speed option is called auto. Tis unit will cool a medium size house with help from a fan.

This was just the right air conditioner for my living room. I was so fortunate they still had some in stock following a heat wave, and at just the right price. Thanks B.B.!

For such a small AC unit, this really was a great bang for our buck. It’s been working overtime with this heat and doing a great job for the second summer!

Great AC to cool down in this summer. Cools the room to the point where I feel cold and have to rise the temp a bit for it to feel better.

Works great at cooling and medium sized bedroom on the top floor, which is exposed to sun on 3 sides and the ceiling. A usually hot room in summer - but not anymore!

My husband and I shopped around and were surprised to find Best Buy had the cheapest prices for AC’s. This model is simple to use AND clean. Remote is handy.

I live in a 1 bedroom apt and this unit cools the entire apt down. On the first day I was worried it was not strong enough but by the next day the apt was cool.

I have in the past or currently own a window unit made by most major manufacturers. This brand is built to a higher quality then the rest hands down. The steel is a thicker guage, the insulation and sound ratings are much better, there are no unusual rattles or sounds and it lasts much longer. If you are just looking for something cheap for an area you don't care much about you can find a better deal with another brand but if your looking for a quality product that will last you, this brand is the one to go for

this ac unit delivers premium cold air on a practical basis... my feet always gets cold when i use it that way i know it is the best!

I needed a small air conditioning unit for my bedroom. This unit was perfect I closed my room door and boy did it cool it off and kept it cool.

My parents needed a new A/C unit and we got lucky with this one the room is a moderate size and it keeps it cool all day long summer heat isn't as bad with it.

Using this unit it a bedroom and it’s doing the job! Don’t like the Eco feature, as a light sleeper the off and on is disruptive. Everything else is great!
