Worst Experience Ever

We ordered the hood MONTHS ago 2. It got installed with a DENT 3. Someone came back (was HOURS late for the appointment after I took the morning off work) only to notice the hood was the wrong size AND our cabinets were scratched by the last install 4. A new hood with ANOTHER DENT comes 5. All hoods are out of stock 6. Received random phone calls saying we have install services that don't exist and have to call back and forth 7. Can't figure out with insurance next steps for the cabinets 8. Randomly get cancellation on the back order 9. HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE STATUS IS OF THIS 10. Will have to go back to the store about 5 months later after trying to get the initial one to figure it all out. This has been extremely annoying with little to no communication on what actually to do - they have offered $50 off to keep the damaged hood (no thanks) or have offered different hoods that won't fit in the space.
