This range was a great fit looked standard and worked well. However, cleaning this range was a challenge. The grease and spill would Get around and underneath the burners and it would be extremely hard to clean and the color was changing. It was difficult to keep cleaning after moderate cooking. I did not see this range long term for my house.

The over temp is off by 50-75 degrees. It also beeps to signal that it has reached the preheat temp when it isn't even close. I set it at 350 and it beeps at 200 degrees. I bought an inside oven temp gauge to make sure my observation was right as well. This oven is a joke. The burners do work fine so that is why I gave in any stars at all.

This is my first self cleaning oven, love it and it also has the boost burner, which is a great feature. Broiler inside oven on the top is wonderful. The extra storage space on the bottom is very helpful. The inside dimension is larger than my old model but fits in the same space. I am very pleased with the stove as I use it every day.

I did a lot of research when I purchased this range in May 2013. It was a great price for what it offered compared to others of this quality. The reviews at the time were positive and still are though most if not all are recent reviews. It does what it's supposed to with no problems. However I suggest looking into the extended warranty. I meant to go back and buy it but of course life takes over & I forgot. This month it will be 2 years old and the paint on the front between the knobs has started to crack and fall off. That section of the range gets NO use other than an occasional wipe down. The range gets moderate weekly use. And replaced a 20yr old one that received heavy use on a weekly basis and was in perfect cosmetic condition. I've never heard of paint falling off. Even for a basic range there is no reason paint should be cracking. I wonder if the paint is not able to handle how hot the outside of the range can get when it is being used. If this continues my 2 year old stove is going to look horrible. I've contacted Frigidaire but my guess is since it's over a year old they will not be able to do anything.

Many of the reviews I read about this mentioned that it takes awhile for the oven to get up to your desired temperature and it does take awhile to pre-heat BUT it's nice to have the bake timer separate from the regular time so once it's in, you can trust that it'll cook. All around a good oven for the price.
