Picked up this awesome Gas Range that was normally $719 for $199.99 due to it being the last model on the floor. Best find my wife and I have ever gotten for an appliance.

I took a lot of time deciding before buying this one. That makes the disappointment even tougher! The 1st didn't appear to get up to temperature. (Normal items with specified cook times took up to 25% longer.) The 2nd came with a small dent/scratch in the side and a small one on the cooktop (hard to see, but I knew it was there!). By the 3rd one, the delivery guy suggested we open it at the curb first before removing the 2nd one. Good idea, since both sides had HUGE dents in them from clamp truck. By then I had had it. Best Buy associates had been sympathetic and immediately got me replacements, but that's not the point. I finally negotiated a deal to keep the 2nd one with a discount. Still haven't seen it, weeks later. The really annoying thing is that even though, as far as I was concerned, Best Buy had NOT delivered the oven I purchased, the billing begins when you buy the 1st one. It's a replacement, not a "return". So in 4 weeks, you'll get your bill, whether you have a decent oven or not. I'm not sure this 2nd oven gets up to the temperature it's supposedly set at. But I noticed there's a way to check and/or reset the factory settings for the temperature so I might try that. The cooktop works fine, although why they put the huge quick boil burner up front I'll never know. A normal size one would be better. You have the usual issues associated with stainless steel - if you spill something on it, better clean it up quick (DO NOT USE WATER!) or it will leave a permanent mark. The black top shows "dust" and water marks easily. It's easy to use, but I don't like the full burner grates. I think they're standard on most ovens now, but totally unnecessary since there isn't a 5th middle burner. Pain to deal with to clean the top. Haven't used the convection or cleaning features yet so I can't comment on them. I bought this mostly because it matched my Frigidaire Refrigerator, which is great. I regret it, though. Since my old stove had died, I needed something. Too bad it didn't live up to my expectations, which, seriously, wasn't much: No dents, temperature up to what it's supposed to be. Inspect this carefully if you buy it!

Great stove, the only complaint I have Is with the advertising. There was no information about whether this was set up for LP gas or natural gas. The other was the lack of knowledge of the product from the staff and not having a conversation kit at Best buy. After two weeks I finally was able to use it.

The range has a great looking appearance. I love all the burners but the cooktop is extremely difficult to keep clean. Otherwise I am happy with the performance of this range. Best Buy’s customer service is awful

This is a open box item and it only had a minor flaw, the unit works perfectly and looks beautiful in the kitchen, I am very happy with the price and the unit.

Looks great with stainless steel. Huge fridge, very wide and deep. Works quietly and is cold. Ice maker is a great addition. Water tastes great. Lots of space for food. Freezer is awesome and spacious.

The cooktop on the stove is very easy to clean. Things that are cooked on the stovetop seemed to get hotter than my previous stove. Due to babysitting my 3 year old grandson I have not had much opportunity to use the oven but it has been used 3 or 4 times. It appears to be an adequate asset to the stove also.

I am now cooking up a storm and keeping the house warm and bellies full thanks to this beauty!

The stove is very attractive and fits well with other black or stainless steel appliances. It was easy to install, and works great.

Bought this product for a rental property. Except for a few mishaps during delivery, the stove looks good and the tenants are happy with it. Installation was straightforward. Good value for the money.

My old stove would not heat up so off to best buy after reading up for about two months...This over came on time and now I'm back to cooking...Great so far....only thing is the top takes time to clean...

Oven preheats well. Steady burner heat Shows dust.

We did research before we bought our gas range! So far love this range! It was a great price and looks nice.

I have only played around with it for 2 days and it does everything the sales guy said it would.

The stove works very well; however, I had only had the stove for a month and the burners would not light. Since I had the service contract the Geek Squad came out. They fixed the problem evidentally the wires were crossed at the factory. The only thing I did not like was it took a week to get an appointment. The stove is almost a year old and it works really well
