I'm using this to cool a loft with only a skylight window. Normal AC in the house isn't effective in this room. This AC cools the room beautifully! One thing to note: It's much bigger than it looks in the pictures and quite heavy as well. The Wifi/Alexa/Google functionality is a very nice addition as well. The accessories for the exhaust are well-constructed and they give you quite a bit to fit your window. I had to build my own window insert for it, but I'm glad this unit is allowing me to finally use the loft comfortably during the hot seasons.

This room air conditioner does a fine job cooling even in extreme heat and high humidity. Multiple settings, timer options and remote control features. Its unique design is a plus.

picked this one because it needs to be upstairs in the loft and the wi-fi made sense to control it. works great even on the hottest days kept the living area comfortable and was only a little noisier they the fans. easy installation and setup. we are very thankful for having it in our house.

It’s quieter than any unit I’ve previously had. Smaller too. And the smart home features are working pretty well. I expect they’ll improve over time.

Looks very nice, it has very nice features, easy to move around, works very good on rooms around 1800 fts but only one thing, it does make noise.

Bought this to replace my old Danby and so far I couldn’t be happier. It’s bigger than expected but that’s not a problem. Does a good job of cooling and I don't really think it’s that loud considering what it is. I use it as main AC in my living room and does a good job. Much easier to deal with than a large window AC

I bought this for my living-room that is a medium size living-room it was really noisy and didn't cool the room so I move it to my bedroom. This unit is REALLY noisy and very loud. Buy it only if you don't care about the noise while you sleep. It cools a little my medium-sized bedroom and also after hours. When we are in the 90 it lowers the temperature to 85 so you don't really feel the difference. It doesn't worth the price at all. I really recommend you to don't spend so much money on something that doesn't help or just a little.

This is a great little unit. It gets the job done well and cools down my living room nicely. Only downside is, it takes a long time to cool down a medium sized living room.

The air conditioner cools we'll, but is a bit too noisy to keep on in the bedroom at night. The thermostat on the unit also malfunctions.

I got this AC on sale it works good and I like the style and features hope the make more BTU size units

Due to climate change and where I am at in CA., homes like mine do not have AC. Now its getting hotter out here. I bought this cooling unit at bestbuy and have not regretted it. After setting it up in my TV room 13'x12' and bedroom, then closing the areas off, this unit cools the room easily. Nice and cool. IT will "not" cool the whole house! I did trying cooling my kitchen and tv room and it would not cool it, to large of an area. Just cool the rooms you occupy with the doors closed. It is ALEXA enable, and will start up and shut down upon request. The thermostat will shut the cooling and remain on fan. You do have to exhaust the the hot air from the unit out a window or sliding glass door, which I found easy enough with my own modifications. The unit is heavy and has handles on the side to lift it and move it around (78lbs). If your renting, yes its worth it or in transition of installing HVAC in your home, while its hot outside.

It works very well. Cools the bedroom wonderfully and the wifi connectivity of the appliance to control with the app is an excellent tool. The remote control is also very handy! It works great for the specified square footage.

WiFi functionality was a little hard to get set up, but works great once I got it going. Cools the room down quickly, and is fairly quiet for it's size, at least compared to other air conditioners I've used.

This unit is great! It cools our 500 sq ft room perfectly. Love the app and the ability to turn it on and off when we’re not home.

Very short exhaust hose and very heavy unit ...not very quite and not very cold

Pretty quiet, cools excellent for a 500 square ft room. Easy to set up and doesn’t take up a lot of room because of its upright design.

We wanted something that looked nice, and we're happy to say that we found it. Cools the room in just minutes. Perfect for those hot and humid days!

This AC works well but it takes a while to cool my room. Its 12000BTU and it cools like a much smaller unit. I do like being able to control it away from home a big plus.

Easy to set up and use. I like it better than a window unit for sure. Runs a bit loud and WiFi is a little sketchy, but overall, it looks good and does the job.
