    Amazing! After two summers with the wrong AC unit, we decided to go with this one and it cools the entire apartment rapidly. It is surprisingly quiet for the BTU level and I am satisfied with its power. Only downside: materials on the outside are not that durable like they made them before, so the back of the unit easily bent when installing. Nonetheless, it doesn't affect functionality.

    Love it, easy to install, super quiet and very cool air. Unfortunately, the remote did not work. I contacted Frigidaire and they are sending me a new one. Nice service. Quick and easy

    In LOVE with our new AC. This works fabulously. Easy to install and nice looking. Definitely worth the money. Best Buy was very good about processing the return on a broken one we ordered previously from a different manufacturer which enabled me to buy a different brand and I am so happy! Thank you BEST BUY!

    Works great so far. Only had it for about a month, but so far it's been keeping me cool. My only complaint is that the water doesn't drain very well at all. That's really only an issue if you move it between rooms frequently. It's also a little on the heavy side, but that's true of any air conditioner of this size.

    Great compact window air conditioner. We put it in our garage window to keep the garage cooler during the summer months so our dogs could use the indoor/outdoor kennel. It cools the garage off quickly!

    Love the cooling capacity along with the thermostat control. My old unit ran full on when on, this one auto turns on, off and runs at intermediate speeds which are quieter.

    Great AC - very powerful. I use it for my upstairs and the air is strong enough that it trickles down to the floor below it and cools it as well. Definitely recommend!

    AC unit arrived early and was as described. Easy to operate and actually cools better than the 550 sq ft. Central air went down and used this unit to cool house while repairs were made.
