I took it out of the box the fist time summer 2022. I'm still learning how to use the pre set options but I am enjoying this purchase it's a little loud but it's a good product.

Gets cold fast and the Eco mode really helps a lot. The weight and noise is not really an issue, you should expect this since this unit is a 12,000 BTU A/C. Got this on sale which made it a great purchase.

It's not draining out the excess water from back of the air conditioner and I'm plan on returning it soon. Hopefully! I get replacement or refund. I did add the extra protection coverage on the AC Window Unit.
