So far this is a great window unit. It’s quite, looks very clean, cools the room fast, Economy mode works well at keeping the room at the desired temp while saving energy and the included window kit is nice for making an airtight seal. The smart feature is an added bonus. Have only utilized the app. It’s basic but works. It’s nice if you haven’t created a schedule for it and you forgot to turn it off, as long as it’s connected to internet, you can turn it off from anywhere with your phone

I purchased this A/C unit a couple of days ago since a heat wave was coming. It works great! I also love the fact that I can control it through my phone. So, if I am on my way home, I crank the A/C so that the house is nice and cool when I arrive. The only flaw that I have seen with this unit is that there is no water drain in the back. The directions want you to install the unit so that it is tilted backward away from the house so that water can drain properly. Well, there is no drain in the back of the unit. So, the water builds up to the point that the condenser fan inside the unit starts hitting the water and causing a popping/swishing sound. According to the owner's manual, this is a normal sound. But it really gets annoying when I'm trying to go to sleep. I thought about drilling my own drain hole, but it also states that drilling a hole in the back of the unit is discouraged and will void the warranty. So, I'm trying to figure out what to do. To drill a drain or to not drill a drain.

This is a very good looking product.However It’s quite pricey when compared to the competition. It also has one major shortcoming as it seems to be a bit under powered. Otherwise the WiFi hookup was seem less. And once that was completed I was able to connect it with my Alexa quite easily. Once it’s setup you can use your app to control your ac from any location or you can setup a daily or weekly schedule.Overall it’s one of the few portable “Smart A.C.” units on the market.

Love this AC unit is good looking doesn’t make much noise. It gets the job done to keep the room cold or cool. I want to get the same one for my other room.

Got it open box so I saved money. The only problem is it was delivered in an open box. Best Buy did not secure or tape the box shut. Luckily everything was there & it works fine. I like that I’m able to control the AC through an app to set the temp, fan speed, & mode. I can turn it on before coming home. I plan on replacing all of my AC’s with this unit. I’m happy.

I bought this air conditioner, because my friend has it and it has done a good job cooling down his room. However, it does not cool past 72 degrees F even when it is set to 60 degrees. My bedroom is not that big, so I don't understand the issue. In addition to the above statement, I received the A/C unit with parts bent and dented! I have attached pictures to prove it. I am very unhappy with my purchase and customer service has been very difficult to get through to.

Quiet No. It works keeps the room cool. Seems to work good with the smart phone when the unit is paired together. Mine had a bit of a dent out the box, but it works.

Works as described.. very convenient to use your phone to turn on and off.

Love this AC unit, I can control it with Alexa. It was a very simple setup. Also the app is great shows you the current room temperature as well as all the other features like fan control, temperature control, if the unit is on or off.

Great looking and working air conditioner. Operates quite enough. I like the ECO feature to save energy. Cools my room fairly quick. Like the remote control. Does not cool as fast or cold as my previous Frigidaire window air conditioner which was about 10 years old. Has an excellent EER rating. Easy to install.

This unit looks fresh and modern. Cools the room nicely and is easy to use and set up. My only complaint is that it makes some funny noises, like a leaf is hitting the fan every 10 seconds or so. It doesn’t bother me, but it may bother others.

Overall, this product so far as been great. It was very easy to install with no need to take anything apart unlike some other models. Pro(s): - One of the best looking window AC units - Temperature is displayed very large so it's easy to read even when you're across the room (this does turn off after a few seconds of not changing any settings so it isn't always in your face) - Cleaning the filter is very easy. Con(s): - The way this unit is designed, the airflow it points up and while you can adjust it, it doesn't blow straight into the room. So far, this hasn't been an issue but you can't help but feel that a front blowing unit would perform better. - The App. I can't even connect. I've been trying for several days and I just cant get it to work on my iPhone X, XS, or iPad Pro. It's important to note that I'm a software developer and also build iOS apps. This one hasn't even been updated to support the iPhone X screen size which came out almost three years ago. Besides for those two issues, the unit it's self is great but I'm not sure if I would or wouldn't recommend this unit to a friend.

Visually, its the only AC I could stomach, the #1 reason I purchased it. Other positives: the vent at the top of the unit is great so it’s not blowing directly on my head, it very easy to clean, keeps our space cool, & love the app to turn it off/on/up/down. The negative...it is louder on the lower fan levels. All in all great for a nyc street facing one bedroom apartment

I paid a little extra for this unit based on how it looks. It is going to be part of my living room decor essentially and liked its modern feel. Part of extra cost is smart features that I have not taken advantage of yet. With the econo features, I just raise the temp while I am out and room stays cool. Room quickly cools when temp is lowered upon return. Happy with purchase.

Pros: - Very sleek, modern design - Cools my living room and kitchen efficiently - Fairly painless wi-fi app set-up. Now that it's set up, I love turning the ac on and off from my phone, from anywhere I am. Its also cool to see the room temperature of my apartment anytime I want. Cons: - Confusing installation instructions. The end result is fine, but to me the instructions poorly illustrate the fact that the design of the unit's brackets are tilted for the purpose of water drainage. - Even when properly installed, the AC tends to make water gurgling noise, especially on low, which kind of makes Low sound louder than High. After a while, the noise either goes away, or I just tune it out. To me the noise is not as bad as other reviewers say, but also I don't have this AC in the bedroom where I sleep.

The unit works well so far. It has a nice install kit. The WiFi works well and the unit is quiet.

First off, the look of the model is very sleek and nice, it does not stick out to far and it goes perfect with my modern townhouse. Installation was semi easy. It took a couple hours the first time for it really to cool our room down (100sq) which i thought took forever but when it finally did the room felt amazing! It has now been a month since we have purchased and we are constantly using it, and as time goes on i think its running out of juice (may be a filter issue). The room is not as cold as we like, we still use our fans on top of the conditioner. I am hoping the filter needs to be replaced already but now im having my doubts. Its a great option for someone not using day/night. And not the mention being able to control it while away from home is awesome.

It is very good air-cd. It looks beautiful after installation into the window. It is better to read the how-to-setup before installation. It is pretty quiet and works well. Everything is ok. I am very satisfied with it. No regret. I strongly recommend it to other people.

This air conditioner is very contemporary looking and easy to install. Works well with the app. and Alexa. It can get a little noisy when the compressor kicks on but all in all a great product.

I love everything about this AC. WiFi works great, cools 750 sq ft apt wonderfully. It is a bit loud but not unlike most units. For as functionally as it is, I can look past it. Bottom piece heart cord cane cracked but I’d doesn’t interfere with mechanics. Great product highly recommend
