Very easy to use. Love that it is a convention oven too

The microwave is good. And the convection oven is Google too.

Looks great and very easy to use and easy cleaning.

Easily installed by myself. Looks great over the new range. Seems to be less wattage than the one it replaced. Probably over bought with the convention oven feature.

I wish it was a little more deeper inside so all of my baking dishes could fit inside like they did my previous convection microwave. Other than that it's fine so far.

The unit was delivered timely in good shape and we were happy with the product. Controls seem to be fine. This microwave is not as powerful as the one it replaced. Have Best Buy install the product for you. Install template was difficult and confusing.

It was very easy to mount and works as it should. The salesman was very good help with all of my Questions and went right away to make sure it was in stock. I have bought from him before and will again.

Nice looking, works well only one thought a little difficult to work the touch pad controls but other than that works great.

Need to read information package with this model to get the most use out of it. Nice no fingerprint finish!

I’m happy with the micro except it does not have a turn table on and off, otherwise we are very satisfied with it.

Bought 5 years ago and we really didn't use it much. While cooking broccoli for 5 minutes it just shut off and stopped working for no reason. After spending all that money and a 3 ear warranty I would have expected it to last a lot longer then 5 years

Great look only thing I would change is the ready "beep" doesn't stop on its own. It will continue to beep until you press reset.

I really like this microwave due to the easy operation, cooks faster and even.

This is the best microwave ever. You can actually bake in this by turning on that feature. It was perfect for the holidays when I wanted to cook the meal in the oven/range and bake a dessert - provided me with an additional oven!

I love the various functions. Only thing I am not impressed with is how small the words are for the different options

The buttons are hard to push. The ending beeps are very LOUD and last very long.

Very difficult to operate. When you use the convection oven, the fan comes on and it's extremely loud. Have to constantly refer to manual for settings and what kind of dish to use (it's different for regualr microwave, convection, and combo). Plates overheat before food gets hot. No quick buttons for heating water, pizza, etc... Have to put in time.

We love the option of doing microwave or convection. We're also pleased with the smudge-proof functionality. Would definitely recommend.
