Not working!

Just purchased for our kitchen remodel about a month ago. It has never worked properly. We thought it was because of how our contractor wired it, so we hired an electrician to come out and rewire it. It still isn’t working properly. After about 2:30 minutes in just goes out-completely shuts down. It stays off (clock and all) foe about five minutes, then it just comes back on with clock at 12:00. Tried calling for service and they are all “busy.” I will keep Trying. It looks great. Just wish it worked properly. I bought a warranty so if it doesn’t work they’d better replace it!
