First of all, I bought this particular microwave cause it has the "Zero Clearance Hinge". I found out the hard way that other microwaves if installed next to a wall will not open due to the hinge that swings out.
This is my first time buying Frigidaire, I did look at it in person before ordering. the quality and features were what I wanted/needed.
This particular model has Sensor cooking that cheaper models don't have. While I don't need 1.9CU, 1.7 would be sufficient, though I don't mind having a bit more space.
The reason why I bought this model over the next cheaper one was the price difference was only $50 and I wanted the sensor cooking that the cheaper model didn't have.
Installation was quite complicated, I am not a handyman, but a DIY'er. My previous Microwave was a GE, Unfortunately the mounting bracket and holes for the top mount did not match the previous one so new one had to be installed. This was quite involved...Samsung Model that I bought prior fit the GE Bracket, though holes were slightly more forward. (I had to return the Samsung the door would hit the wall when opening and could not open it all the way).
I did manage to install it right and so far we love it.
The lighting on this model is a cool white LED.
The exhaust fans were already configured for front circulation, which is what I needed!
Pricing wise it is reasonable for the features and quality.
I would definitely recommend it at the $350 price point I paid, though the $200 samsung was also quite decent but as mentioned the door was not Zero Clearance.

When remodeling our kitchen, we wanted to purchase refrigerator, stove and microwave. We wanted something of good quality that had good standard features. We weren’t looking for anything super modern but something that did his job with an extra features. This microwave serves all our purposes looks great in our kitchen Has great features and cooks evenly.

So far so good. Replaced over the range Microwave that was broken. Very nice design like the white inside light is very bright underneath also like the option of 32nd and 10 second period. Panel is very streamline.
My only complaint would be that it shows fingerprints on the handle even though it says fingerprint free. It’s not. Other than that very happy with the microwave.

An excellent replacement of my old microwave. Installation was great and professionally executed. I like the sensors and the new functionalities. Practically noiseless

This microwave was simple to install & easy to use. The style is sleek and lighting is very bright. The fan is very powerful and added filtration is great. The microwave works as advertized.

Nice new microwave that is almost the same size as the old one. Works so better than the old one and is quieter than old one. Some better features.
The installers did a great job.
The only issue is that they were so overbooked that they didn’t show up until 9:30 at but were able to install it in about an hour and a half.

Our LG microwave died after about 3 1/2 years. It stopped heating food. First time I have had a microwave die and I have been using them since the 70s.
I was hoping to replace the microwave with the most recent version of what we had (1.8 cubit foot version), but when I read the reviews, there were an unusually large number of bad reviews. Ours had the LED display replaced only a couple months after we bought it, and it stopped heating after 3 1/2 years. At that point I realized this model was a dud, so we went away from purchasing it.
In researching other models, I discovered that this Frigidaire had stellar reviews, so I looked at it more closely. In addition, when it was installed, I asked the installer what he would buy for a microwave. He mentioned Frigidaire and another brand I cannot recall. I was surprised he brought up Frigidaire.
We have had it now for a few weeks. It is the quietest microwave I have ever used. The lighting is very bright and I like that. The touch pad is sensitive to the touch so I don't have to push hard to get it to react. I also like the 10 second button. The glass tray is very large. It heats food and drinks more quickly than the LG did.
I am very impressed with it. The Gallery series has upgraded materials and I can tell with this unit.

The under unit lighting is the most sterile, cold LEDs imaginable, and doesn't do a great job illuminating the stovetop contents in a flattering manner. The light color temperature does not match the warmer under cabinet lighting in my kitchen and stands out. I bought replacement bulbs with a warmer color temperature only to discover this unit uses fixed LEDs that are not conventionally user swappable. There are only two settings, so night light mode is still too bright for my tastes.
The nagging done beep. It really nags the heck out of you if you every 30 seconds after the cook time has stopped. You only have a choice to turn it off, otherwise it will obnoxiously nag you daily. This is getting tiresome.
Otherwise, been a reliable and nice looking and decent performing unit. Wish those other issues were reconcilable.

So far so good. All these newer models are so hollow sounding. Tried everyone in the store all sounded the same; $300 and the $650+ brands/models. This model being one of the few 400 CMU Exhaust fans. Which does great. People say it's loud I say my 18 year old GE with only 300 CMU was louder and just more violent sounding. Heats great and quickly since it's very powerful. My only gripe is the blinding harsh night light(But I found a small business that's makes 2700k version but not cheap but very worth it.) And the fact that's there's no auto on-off for the night light. Has to be manually turned on and off
