After conducting a great deal of research over the past several months, I purchased this refrigerator from Best Buy this week. It was delivered to me yesterday morning, and has not worked properly since. First, the fridge will not cool beyond 60-degrees (see picture). And while this is supposed to be an automatic defrost freezer, frost and ice particles are already forming inside the freezer. I called Best Buy earlier today, and they will be sending me a new fridge tomorrow, but I have great concerns. Any hint of a problem with the second unit, and I will be demanding a full refund...
